I’ve tried a lot of pho places, and this one stands out because they got the two most important things right: the broth and the noodles. Most places have amazing broth but overcooked or bland noodles, or great noodles with a broth that lacks flavor. Here, both are spot on. The broth is rich, flavorful, and tastes like it’s been simmering for hours, and the noodles have the perfect texture.

The smell coming in is quite strong, making you not want to eat there. The waiter, who is a bit older, is a little grumpy. The grilled chicken rice dish was delightful. However, the smell still makes me wonder...nonetheless, its worth trying.
