False advertisement!
I recently visited this store after seeing a "Buy One, Get One" meal promotion on Facebook. However, when I presented the coupon at the counter, the manager on duty Bryan responded with a dismissive attitude and refused to honor it, offering no clear explanation other than blaming their marketing department. This felt misleading, as they advertised the promotion to attract customers, yet failed to deliver once I was there.
Unfortunately, this first experience was quite disappointing, and the unprofessional attitude from management left a poor impression. I cannot recommend this store due to the unwelcoming service and lack of accountability for their advertised promotions.

Ordered through Uber Eats. The tenders are amazing, great flavor/seasonings. Worst service ever, uber eats has offers, I decided to get the buy one get one free order from this place. It was a 10 tender pieces combo and get another free, decided to buy 2 orders, so I'm supposed to get 2 free. Got 2 trays of normal chicken fingers, one with 5 fingers, the other one with 3 fingers, one of them had the texas toast, the other one didn't. We received another tray of food which contained just fries, no tenders, no bread etc. This was my first impression ever, it was my first time trying Huey Magoos, and even though the food tasted excellent, the bad service/order the first time tells a lot about the organization and the service.

This is a great fast food spot to check out. The chicken tenders are amazing, and my favorite thing is their fabulous banana pudding. I was very pleased with the service I received.

I received help from an employee named Luis. He made sure that my experience was so enjoyable today. He was great!

Honestly I will preface the tenders were amazing and you know they’re made with tons of thoughts. However from time of order to receiving it was about 20 minute wait in drive thru. It could have been the time and I’ll give it another try, maybe dine in. If you’re in a hurry I would recommend something else. However if dining in worth the wait. Banana pudding save your money.

UPDATED: the owner/GM reached out to hear about my experience and no response after. I decided to give it another try this past week with my money again and solidified I wouldn’t be dining there again in the future. The same wait times added with a lack of customer service or acknowledgments. It’s unfortunate because it is great the quality but I won’t beg to have my money spent.

The drive thru is a nightmare! I was the first to arrive, they took my order and proceeded to wait 10 mins at the door. The employees looked lost and confused managing so many delivery orders. I look behind me and you have 5 additional cars in the drive thru all waiting. Then I’m told to proceed to waiting spot 1. I look to my right and you have 2 more cars! It was mania and they lost control. Sadly the completion is going to blow them away.

As visitors from Australia, we were excited to try Huey Magoo’s, and it was absolutely delicious! We had heard a lot about their famous chicken tenders, and they definitely lived up to the hype. The tenders were crispy, tender, and so flavorful. The variety of dipping sauces really took them to the next level—we especially loved the Magoo’s Sauce!

We also tried a grilled chicken salad, which was fresh and perfectly balanced, a great healthier option. The portions were generous, and the service was friendly and welcoming. Overall, Huey Magoo’s was a great taste of American comfort food, and we’ll definitely be back next time we visit the U.S. Highly recommended!”

I took my son to Huey Magoo’s after school to celebrate his good grades, and it was the perfect choice! He loves chicken tenders, and Huey Magoo’s did not disappoint. The tenders were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned perfectly. My son enjoyed them with the signature dipping sauces—his favorite was the honey mustard.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the salad at Huey Magoo's. While they are known for their chicken tenders, the salad is just as impressive. The greens were crisp and fresh, and the portion was very generous. I opted for the grilled tenders on my salad, which were perfectly cooked, juicy, and seasoned just right. The tenders paired well with the fresh veggies, which included tomatoes, cucumbers, and mixed greens.

Staff in the front were very attentive and kind!

The service at this particular location lacks. On staff there were many employees. However, tables were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned. It was more like social hour for the employees. I took notice that the if you we're friends with the staff there you got free drinks. In today's times cups and drinks are costly for businesses. No one should get in trouble. Management should just explain to the young employees the importance of all the expenses that are associated with running a business. They may not be aware.
