Permanently Closed Howie's

Worst hungry Howie's experience ever... nearly 2 hours from order placed to get food and food was cold when it arrived never again...... permanently closed THANK GOD ! Cause this store definitely is not the hungry Howie's I know BYE FELICIA!

The pizza was absolutely delicious and our server was very nice! This is not our neighborhood, but we will definitely come back!

Poor Service Don't Go Couldn't Get Change Back From $20 Bill I gave him because he didn't have any change just awful and not only that I had wait 2 days to Get my $10.00 back on card and remember I gave him Cash Money!! Not only that Look at the Boxes not even Hungry Howie's wow what a Joke. Unbelievable!!

This location has the worst pizza of any Hungry Howies I've ever been to. Please reopen the Michigan St location.

This place is horrible and the GM is a joke. I honestly think he is probably either related to the owner of the franchise or they didnt have anyone else to promote. He told me that he cant deliver to my area because his drivers wouldn't drive 10 miles. Since when a delivery driver can tell a supposed to be GM where they want to drive or not? What a joke !!!

I place my delivery order online, I included a tip, only for the place to text me to come get it and the reason given " because they didn't have an available delivery person" when I got there I was greeted like I was begging for change, the food was burned, the got my order totally wrong, and they kept my tip, my delivery tip out all things. Not worth paying almost 80$ for three pizzas.

All of the reviews below that are at a rating of 1 reflect how I felt after placing an order online for delivery from this location. I have contacted corporate and will have them deal with it. I am not going to bash this location on the review but will say pay attention to what is being said in other reviews for your own comfort and safety.

Workers were rude. Pizza was overcooked. Service was slow. Pizza order took an hour when told 20 minutes...then got home and it was wrong. Called store and agreed to bring it back to exchange. Got there and was told i needed to wait cuz they were busy and he hadnt started my pizza yet. Took another 40 minutes. No apology, no discount nothing. Never trying this location again. If you want pizza from hungry howies, do yourself a favor and try another location.

Nasty individuals put chewing gum in the box as well as burnt my food to the point I couldn't eat it. The. Manager refused to replace my order or even deliver a new one the corporate office needs to close this franchise down immediately. I would not recommend this place to anyone I'm sending the health department there because whoever was cooking stuck chewing gum in the box where the food was being cooked.

The owner from there does not give people the deals that it says. As I was working for him he would want us to up charge the customer more than the original price also give customers re use old pizzaas keep his sauce in his car for hours on top of all this he never paid me my last check this is ridiculous I advise anyone to not eat from here with them bugs the owner from there rob me for my money and hours since I quit he ain't pay me 16 hours i advise anyone not to work here in the long run he will not pay you he done it to a lot of employees . he was mad because I would not upcharge customers on the phone and for me talking about how his checks bounced he will get mad cause new staff would hear. If you a pizza cook you should not use a 2 hrs old pizza and reheat it with chesse on the top also not having the salami and turkey covered with anything in the cooler shows it All I advise him a lot of times also for bleach or to clean trash cans because of the flys and no that's what the boss monroz would say lack of cleaning don't clean the cooler bleary passing inspection most of the time your eating Tyson nuggets not howie wings worst thing I ever experienced now he cut me for my hours I was late for my bills since he owns the franchise I can't get get my money or the complaints all go to him.

43 minutes waiting inside the that place , j*** there he doesn't even answering question that I asked what's takes that long? If you are overloaded with orders don't take new orders until you done with your orders,,,

Just ordered a pizza for my family. They said it would be an hour for delivery. Called after hour and a half. They said that they messed up my order, put it as pick up. They wanted to charge me more for delivery. I asked for my money back, manager told me no at first, and then told me it would be 7 to 10 business days. My family is hungry. This place is ridiculous. I should have read the reviews before i dealt with these crooks.
