Perhaps, it can be described as an unpleasant sweet-salty taste reminiscent of rancid butter. What did we pay $6.57 for??? It's unclear ?. We bought two . The product seems to be made from semi-finished goods that appear old and have a stale taste. I couldn't even swallow the bite I took and returned it, but they didn't refund my money. I cannot recommend it!

I have ordered for coffee and hot chocolate! This is the worst hot chocolate I’ve ever had! Then the customer service person came and told me that the machine was broken this happened after taking an order! Sorry I have to be honest while giving reviews. Environment was awesome ?!

I always come here for the past year now I come for a milkshake and the employee said they do NOT have ice cream to do a milkshake that is ridiculous but I literally seen another employee do a milkshake 3 minutes earlier. Whoever does inventory need to step up because it is ridiculous.

$10 for rolled ice cream with store brand “Oreo’s” that were stale. If I could give zero stars I would. Beyond disappointing.
I typically get one of the vegan premade popsicles which are still a delicious treat. It would be even cooler if I could get toppings mixed with something non-dairy, but maybe it doesn't freeze well? Anywho, the employees are always so sweet & patient. I assume they get kids in changing their minds all the time, plus they had to deal with me asking questions (diet related). I felt no pressure. They quickly made my kiddo's donut icecream. Cute & Instagram worthy as ever. It looked delicious & she ate it before I could even ask for a bite. It came with donut holes on top. The decor is simple & cute with multiple backdrops for pictures. The best part is this is located just by the lake in downtown Baldwin Park! Outside & inside seating available.

Please do not spend your time or money at this place. They only employ teens and there's always new ones because they don't pay them very well. I know everything is more expensive these days, but $9.00 for a small cup of ice cream would s terrible. I went there with my kids last night, we walked right up and ordered. It took over 30 minutes from that point for the 3 of us to get our ice cream. I would prefer to give 0 stars but that's not an option. Also you can't eat your ice cream outside because the stinky cigar bar next store.

Best ice cream concept yet! I love watching them roll the ice cream. I chose to create my own but they have so many amazing options to choose from. Great place to take the kids after a long week for a treat.

This is the best ice cream experience ever. 10/10 and strongly recommend. The service was very good. The workers were nice and very respectful. They were funny and nice to talk to. It’s amazing how outgoing they are and their teamwork was unbelievable. Not only was the service great but the ice cream was scrumptious. I definitely would come back again and tell all my friends to visit.
