Wow! The food at Camille is exquisite. They definitely earn that Michelin star. Every dish is amazing-the beef broth has a sense of familiarity like pho yet it is highly refined. Scallops, and the squab dishes were cooked to perfection. The dessert were also amazing-the pandan flavors has a nice touch to the fragrant of the dish. The tea with fresh herbs is also fantastic and the Chai tea latte small bottle taste amazing.
An amazing experience! Every dish was finely crafted and adjusted to perfection. And the reserve wine pairings were perfect.
