Usually everything goes well, but this time the food took a long time, the waiter took a long time to come to the table, the air conditioning was freezing and the pasta came with little sauce. I was not satisfied.

It’s a standard mall that’s slightly busy on the weekends

Food came out quick and hot and was very good. They sat my party of 24 in the back where the AC was out and we did not notice until we left at the AC worked fine in the rest of the restaurant. It made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. We were all sweating and had to box our food up and leave quickly.

Food was great but it was horrible feeling like we were the table no one wanted. Could hear our assigned server yell out they were busy and then a nice gentleman who clearly wasn't our server coming to get us drinks and take our order. We were clear when we ordered that we were getting dessert and before they even brought out the dessert, our actual server still felt the need to remind us that they were closing soon(we had 30 minutes before they closed). We were already in a hurry so if anything they were holding us up. We were out of there before our servers other table even left. We still tipped 20% on the pre-discount total- hopefully they split it but still an annoying and uncomfortable experience.

Came for Valentine's Day heart shaped lasagna. Was very good but unfortunately they did not allow substitutions on the salad and both me and my date do not eat salad and was charged full price.

the server was very nice but it was clear lack of communication with the kitchen - he would think they were out of something but then kitchen said NVM we aren't after all - they ran out of unsweet tea and didn't make a new batch (this is Christmas Day dinner) and salad came after hot food.

Service was a little slow at times between ordering and food coming out after appetizers, but I think the restaurant was short staffed without a bartender so it became a little slower with our server having to make the drinks.

Food was excellent as was the service. I brought my 93 year old mother for the first time here to celebrate her birthday and she really enjoyed it. Food Presentation was beautiful and unique. Great place!

It was an awesome experience. Went there for my son's 18th Birthday as he loves italian food. This place has everything: decoration, service and food to transport you to Italy.

IT WAS A HORRIBLE SERVICE! The server was very unprofessional. We had to wait a long time to place the order. No water refills, no bread...but at the end she highlights the amount of the tip! No one came to ask how was the food or if everything was fine. Very unpleasant and expensive dinner.

The food was delicious and the portion sizes were huge! We easily got a reservation for a party of 11, ordered 5 small items, one large salad, and 5 kids pizzas and left with 3 huge leftover boxes. We had an absolute blast!

The calamari was great but for the portion size it was a bit expensive. The shrimp fra diavolo was great and you can adjust the spice level if you want. The staff was really nice and friendly. Would go again.

Service was horrible! Took 20 minutes for us to be approached by server and another 20 minutes to get drinks and place food order. One hour to get food. Calamari was over cooked and spaghetti with meat sauce bland, no favor at all. Caesar salad was good. Mother's Day experience was worst ever. We all drove over an hour for this day with family. Will never eat here again. The noise level was loud which is expected with celebration day. The dinning room temperature was out of control, felt like we were seated in kitchen by oven. So disappointed!!!

We sat in the bar area. We had an amazing dinner. Our server/bartender was amazing. 3 of us shared Apple Gorgonzola salad, shrimp scampi pasta and garlic cheese bread. Soooo delicious and the SMALL was perfect for us. Wanted to order more because everything looked soo good but we were going out after and didn't want leftovers sitting in the car. Oh well, We'll just have to come back. Thanks for a great time!! Sorry forgot our bartender/servers name but we had a great rapport with her and really enjoyed her service and humor!!! Thank you.
