Not sure if the quality of service was poor due to being attached to a hotel, but this IHOP was trashy and was fully staffed, barely busy but couldn't clean a floor. Most of the staff were playing around like teenagers.
Waitress mosea was very bad listener over talked but didn’t listen, slow on checking with us and also over charged for drinks instead of listening she over talked and told me that it was tax 2 apple juice 8$ no refill for kids absurd but management took just as long to come out and we where the only people there…. Food was great hospitality not so much

We have visited IHOP’s all over the states so I know the standards. This is middle of week, floors and windows need attention. Informed they don’t have grits. Served a cup of coffee, had to ask if we may have a hot coffee pot. Very disappointed experience!
