Always great food and amazing service. Jayla is our go to waitress. She is incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient. From the moment we sit down, she makes sure we have everything we need and checks in on us regularly. Our food is always served promptly and everything comes out perfect. Jaylas positive attitude and excellent service makes our dining experience truly enjoyable and keeps us coming back often. I highly recommend her to anyone visiting IHOP!

The server screwed up my order, then proceeded to “accidentally “ charge me twice, I didn’t realize till after I gotten home that I was charged twice I called back and the general manager Chris call me back like promised and I feel like he tried resolving it. I think it could’ve been done a little bit better for the whole gift certificate that’s why it was given two stars

Took quite a while first to order, then to get the order. Server seem to be pretty interested in her cell phone. There’s only one server on duty since it was 8 AM on a Sunday, but they weren’t very busy. Not sure why things were so slow, but was disappointed at the overall experience.
I'm very disappointed in this experience I had today. Today we wanted to enjoy our day and have a nice fulfilling breakfast only to be dissatisfied. My family ordered their food and one of their sandwiches just fell apart and their fries were cold and hard. Another thing is their hash browns were under cooked , and don't even get me started on their eggs. The eggs were not scrambled hard and they just tasted gross. IHOP I expected better especially considering how great y'all's food has been over the years. Please do better so nothing like this happens again. Thank you.

The absolute WORST ihop ever. I’ve ordered from them twice on doordash first time they forgot my pancakes and today my entire order was missing , eggs were burnt. They sent me burnt eggs. Two soggy pancakes and some bacon. When I ordered two entire meals now my kids are starving and I wasted $65!! Management needs to do better at training staff . This isn’t a hard job. Get it together

I went christmas night with family , John was the only waiter working and one cook . They did an amazing job , had to wait about 10 min to be seated since it was 1/2 full with customers already seated , after the wait and we were seated everything was prompt. The food was fresh and hot with large portions . John did an amazing job especially being the only waiter . Shame on IHOP for only staffing one waiter but he was one of the best waiters i have ever had .

Worst ihop. Just don’t go in. They don’t want your business. Long story short, I brought my family in after a long flight for breakfast, the restaurant was busy so after a few minutes of waiting, my husband (who had a strong voice) said “we’re ready to order whenever” to our waiter who walked past us. When out of NOWHERE, Tanairi, screamed “well you can wait”. The aggressive behavior was so uncalled for. We sincerely were just communicating to our waiter as he passed by. Tanairi started cursing in Spanish (thinking we would not understand but funny how we’re also Hispanic). Honestly the worst food & worst service. Save yourself the time & money. Just drive to another location that actually wants a full house.
