Today, Valentine’s Day, I ordered 2 Six Pack boxes for my 2 Knights. The door dasher decided to take one of the boxes and delivered only one. Proceeded to tell me the receipt said 1 box of 1. I called the store and spoke with Kristy (manager) and she filled the order herself and said there were in fact to boxes and they were taped together. The door dasher never put info in the app of sent a picture and I was supposed to be given a PIN number and never got it. Kristy was...

This place was absolutely amazing and I'd give 5 stars but my only problem was that there seems to be only 1 person working here and shake is named Abby. I loved the food and the service but Abby deserves a raise.

We have driven from LW twice to get cookies at this location. Kristi's customer service is superb 👌, she is so kind. We will definitely return and hope she is there each time.
