The service was great and the food was wonderful. But the bread service was not so great, undercooked bread and I was not a fan of their take on an Italian olive oil bread dip. But overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend, and staff as always at a Rosen property were great!
We went to Jacks for New Year's Eve. The food was delicious,I ordered the Surf and Turf and my steak came out as requested also everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. awesome service from the hostess that greeted us when we arrived to our waiter. I would highly recommend Jacks place, looking forward to returning...thank you
I rarely (pun intended) leave reviews but this place was a pleasant surprise and so I felt compelled. We stayed at the Rosen Plaza and looked for places off the property to eat. After being around so many people for the past few days we decided to just stay here and eat and not leave the property. This place truly exceeded our expectations. It was super chill atmosphere (compared to the insane chain and theme places like Disney or other steak chains) and our steaks were perfectly...
