Do not for the love of god get the pizza. It is worse than any frozen pizza you could come across. The cheese was dusty and the meat was not real. Also there were two bartenders who waited on us multiple nights that were not particularly friendly to anyone, frequently veering on flat out rude. If you’re staying at Royal Pacific it’s not a bad spot for a drink at night, just don’t plan on ordering food. Especially. Not. The pizza.

The hosts and other servers were blah. T. Rex handled everyone with such a great personality and he was so attentive of all customers. Thank you, T. Rex!

Got here when they opened after a long drive to Florida from out of state. Service was slow given we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was ok, some dishes were better than others. Pretzel and wings were good but after three tries they don’t have blue cheese dressing. They kept bringing ranch. Also a tad on the pricey side.

The hostess ruined the experience for us. She did not greet us but rather just asked "how many". Also looked like she had better places to be and was being forced to be there. About as warm as an ice cube.We were there closer to the end of breakfast time and the place was mostly empty. The hostess told us that we could not be seated until all of our party was there. I understand the policy but it seemed absolutely ridiculous when there were maybe 4 other tables with people at them. We stepped away to wait, no one else came in between then and when the last person in our group showed up. Then the hostess acted like she had never seen me before and asked for our information again. I had to remind her that I was just there two minutes before.Food was fine. We were there for the breakfast buffet. They had the traditional selection and it was kept well stocked. The waiter was actually very attentive and prompt so I hate rating the service so low, but again, the hostess was a real low point.

It gets a 2 because of the great service. It is truly a place where they know you by name. However, the food was not good past the apps and pizza I saw. I ordered a Turf & Turf Burger that came out ice cold. They graciously took it back and brought me a new burger. The bun was visibly soggy by the time it got to me and when I picked up the medium burger, grease literally pooled on the plate. It went back as well. I switched to the crawfish chowder which was not bad.

One of the worst places to eat while visiting Universal Studios. This restaurant also damages the Royal Pacific Resort’s upscale service experience. While staying at the resort, we made reservations to eat here. Upon arrival, the hostess looked as if she was forced to work there. She left her bag of greeting customers and smiles at home. It took her about 5 minutes to locate our reservation, while the restaurant was mostly empty. She thankfully located us and we were finally seated. Then came the food. Fish and chips were served room temperature and so was the burger. We returned it and the 2nd time around was not any better. Food and overall experience was subpar. Fish was way overdone and mostly breading. Our server was nice enough to credit one of the kid’s order, but does not negate the overall bad experience. Not looking for bill credits, just a good experience which was not in the play for us this night.

Medium rare burger came out rare not sure if it being warm would make it better but it was bland.. Asked for mustard 3 times before I got it resulting my my burger being cold by the time I received mustard. Asked for ranch 4 times was ignored I'm assumed because we never recieved it. The server JuanR, is why I would never go back to Jake's. The Buffalo chicken pizza was good.Never again.

Seated and drink orders taken. Ordered a Bloody Mary- when it arrived asked if it was a double. Apologized that I hadn't specified when ordering but she never offered either. She asked if I'd like a shot brought out to add to my drink. I asked her if it wound incur a specific charge which she said yes, $10 for a shot or $3 to make it a double, so I told her to take it back and make it a double instead. They didn't make a double however, just poured some out of the glass and added a shot. The Bloody Mary was very underwhelming. Ordered a sandwich with a salad. Wrong dressing was on the plate but didn't know until I put it on the salad. Waitress never came by to ask how lunch was - she was busy solving world problems with the hostess. By the time she came by. We were finished and despite her offering to have another salad made she seemed to not understand that we were finished. I guess other people accept this kind of service. I do not. There's plenty of other options available at universal that exceed what this place does. My wife had wanted to come here as it was promoted as an aviation themed place. The only thing aviation about it is the images with airplanes on them Band the sign at the front door. Poorly executed idea. Service just as bad!
