About Jake's American Bar

Jake's American Bar is a restaurant that offers a mixed dining experience. While the burgers, buffalo chicken wrap, and chicken & waffles are delicious, the pizza is still widely criticized as being worse than any frozen option. The service can be slow, and some employees are described as lacking friendliness, though servers like Sam, Skyler, and Michael provide excellent customer service. The outdoor terrace with a waterfall creates a peaceful and relaxing ambience, making it one of the best dining atmospheres around. Menu items such as the pretzel sticks, wings, and fries are generally well-received, with the pretzel sticks being highlighted as the best. The fish and chips feature good-sized pieces of mahi mahi, though the coating can be soggy. The ribeye may be overdone, while the brisket and fettuccine are decent. The draft beers have an alright selection but are pricey. The espresso martini is served in a unique glass. Overall, this restaurant has improved significantly with a new chef and offers flavorful drinks along with solid meals, making it a recommended spot for diners.

We had an evening meal here and overall it was a pleasant experience. We ordered the steak and a pizza. The food was good and both dishes were tasty, although I found the steak a little too fatty for my liking. The service was friendly and efficient, and we had an enjoyable, relaxed meal. Overall, a pleasant place to dine.

Food was satisfactory, there were model plans it was cool, and they give ketchup in little glass bottles that you can take home.

We have been dining here at least once a year for 20 years. Most recently, March and April of 26. I don't know where all the negativity is coming from. We have always had attentive and friiendly waiters. We find this place to be nice and relaxing after being at the parks all day. It's casual and comfortable.
The food has always been good to great. Prices are decent for a property located at a theme park. This review includes 2 dinners, 4 alcoholic drinks and tip. ($100...read full review
