Jaleo by José Andrés Reviews
Excellent food and great atmosphere! Juan was fantastic and made it an awesome experience!
Slow service, no drinks refilled, some entrees came out 20 minutes before the others, then one of the remaining entrees was wrong. Staff was flippant about the whole thing.
We dined at Jaleo last night to watch the “Dreams that soar” drone show at Disney springs.
We were blown away with our experience, everything about it was 5 star!
We were seated in the patio directly in front of the lake where the drone show takes place.
Our server was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and he was very knowledgeable and able to make recommendations in the menu.

Jaleo by José Andrés offers an exceptional culinary experience with a fabulous menu. The tasting menu is a highlight, featuring dishes such as endive filled with orange and almonds, spreadable sausage with goat cheese and honey, and a variety of desserts. Customers have praised the delicious and flavorful food, including the gazpacho, chorizo con patatas majadas, croquetas, and the amazing chicken and veg paella. The Magical Dining Month menu, a 4-course meal for $40 per person, remains a popular and satisfying option. The food is visually appealing and brought out promptly at the right temperature. While many enjoy the lively, party-like atmosphere, some have found the service inconsistent, with reports of long waits and a few incorrect orders. However, there are also instances of friendly and attentive staff, with one server receiving high praise. Customers have tried the sangria flight, which was good, especially the grapefruit-based white sangria, though some found the price just okay. The restaurant was busy but not overwhelming, and staff are helpful, walking new guests through the menu and making suggestions. For hot dishes, guests often order garlic shrimp, fried calamari, and sautéed spinach with pine nuts, raisins, and apples. Overall, Jaleo continues to provide a memorable dining experience, focusing on exceptional cuisine and a varied menu, though diners may want to familiarize themselves with the offerings to avoid confusion.
