Not the same service as before. I came to get some Gelati Italian Ice with my mom, and when we arrived one of the workers had his hand in his hair. We didn’t think much of it at first, but when we asked for samples, the same hand he used to touch his hair was the same hand he used to scoop the gelati from the freezer without gloves on. It was honestly really unsanitary and disappointing. Even the the outside area was not well kept I decided to leave to go to another location. I hope and pray soon this location goes back to like it was.

Noah, Sam and Javier. We talked to employees tonight. We rushed in with a huge group and they handle it with diligence respect and top level service. I couldn’t recommend another. Jeremiah is like this top two experience. They definitely will have my service at this specific location on Orange Avenue every single time.

The guy working the counter named Sam was super kind and even gave me a great recommendation on a flavor to try. It might be my favorite now. Thanks for your hard work and dedication Sam 🫡
