Give the guy a raise. He greets everyone and he works hard. Even greeted my little annoying self. Great place.

Such a cleanly restaurant, my order was taken very fast and was absolutely delicious. In addition to the amazing food and the quality of ingredients, the atmosphere was very light and happy, as I could see that the workers genuinely enjoyed interacting with customers. Also, I was treated with respect while ordering, and really felt that I could relate to these employees. They weren’t drowsy and shrugged me along, but we’re really interactive through the whole process. this location is the best location I visited so far.

Every visit to Jersey Mike’s is a win, but today was especially awesome. The subs are always fresh, packed with flavor, and made just the way I like them. The staff is friendly, fast, and they really care about getting your order right. Huge shoutout to JT, Dude’s a legend behind the counter. Super chill, fast with the orders, and just knows how to take care of people. You can tell he actually cares and brings good energy every shift.

Food was excellent, but one of the workers, JT, was completely rude. I walked in at 8:52pm, with a closing time of 9pm for this location. I ordered the #17 and JT rolled his eyes and groaned and then made rude remarks about “customers ordering grilled subs right before close”, even though I was out of the store at 8:58pm. Was hoping for better customer service, but didn’t receive it. JT, do better! Complete joke. Jersey mikes, fix this.

Outstanding service. Thank you very much Garrett for your understanding with my Doordash order. I wanted to order specific cheesesteaks. Wanted 2 of them California style. Lettuce, tomato, onion, and provolone cheese. Which you can not do on Doordash. When I called the store and explained what I wanted, Garrett understood and assured me that he will take care of it. When my order was quickly delivered I spoke to the driver. He told me that Garrett told him to wait an extra 2 minutes. Telling him that my order was being remade with my accommodations. Spot on Garrett. Thanks for understanding. Very allergic to the so called cheese (American). Gross. Also, a huge Thanks to Aubrey at the Oviedo location for helping me out. She was super kind and curtious.

My boyfriend and I ordered Jersey Mike's or go to Jersey Mike's at least once or twice every other week. This time we thought that we put no mayonnaise but apparently it said mayonnaise. And mine was wrong as well. So I drove back up there in the person that I spoke to was very rude and he said well ma'am it says mayonnaise on it so I don't know what to tell you, maybe you've reread it before you click submit next time because I am not in the wrong you are. He almost didn't make me another sub but then he did and it was extra meat and extra cheese and he said I will make a compromise for you I will make you the sub but I will not put extra meat or extra cheese on it.. he was not wearing a name tag and neither was the other boy working. The one that helped me had somewhat long dirty blonde looking hair, and I showed up at like 8:20. I've already emailed with my order number and everything.

I've been going to this Jersey Mike's location for some time. Fantastic. Kay is absolutely the best. Friendly, great service, great subs. Definitely highly recommend.

Consistently smaller subs compared to other locations.

WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS JERSEY MIKES! Every time I go they mess up my sub, and the bread is incredibly soggy. I’ve come in multiple times and seen managers yelling at employees while their lobby is so dirty and messy. It seems very unorganized and chaotic, there is always 2 people working when I go and the wait time is wayyy long. I normally love going to Jersey Mikes but this location has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Do yourself the favor and pay for an overpriced sub somewhere else.

I have been meaning to review this store employees, they are very thorough and fast. Please give them all the kudos they deserve, I do not remember any names but I usually visit in the afternoons for lunch, so whoever is there at those time during the wk. all of them TY
