We came in to Jersey Mike's off the airport, there was 17 minutes before they closed We asked them if it was all right for us to sit down and eat they hesitated barely wanted to serve us, and then made our sub wrong because the cook had earbuds in and didn't listen to the order. I said we don't have to sit down and eat if you need to get out of here but may I have a to-go box the cook said we don't have to go boxes, I avoid eating too much bread, so I have to eat some of my sub with a fork and knife. I pointed to their bowls and asked if I could have that and the lady gave me one. We love our Jersey Mike's in Jacksonville but this one sure wasn't inviting at all.

We ordered for the office and only one sandwich was ready when we got there. Every bag was tucked away behind the shelf so no one could see the orders that were made. They were being shady and dismissive when we asked if our orders were ready. There were two women making cold sandwiches and operating the register. They walked around mindlessly like they didn’t know what they were doing with about 10 empty bags behind them and a line of 10 in front of them. And there were another 10 people waiting as long as 30 minutes for an online order. The worst part, after waiting about 20 minutes for 4 sandwiches, she messed up the fifth. She put unnecessary toppings on an Italian. Then right in FRONT of us, the taller girl just scraped off lettuce and random toppings and left scraps all over the sandwich of things that my boss didn’t order. Then she proceeded to haphazardly mush the wrapping paper together with the sandwich falling out and tossing it into a bag. This was our BOSS’S sandwich so we requested that she remake it. She tossed the bag in the back and left our Italian sandwich all the way at the end. She made it and kept pushing it aside after making 15 sandwiches. We could SEE it sitting there. The taller woman even tried to give us the messed up sandwich back. The shorter woman made us wait a total of 50 minutes for this last sandwich. She had an emotionless face the whole time, even with the customers. One customer ordered a gluten free sandwich and the shorter woman couldn’t even confirm which one was gluten free. Imagine if they had silica’s? That’s careless. These two women were incompetent at multitasking, rude, dismissive and purposefully made us wait longer out of spite. Who makes a sandwich and pushes it back every time to work on new ones? You wrap the made ones THEN work on new ones. All of these were cold and slimy. I love jersey mikes but the employees at this location were terrible.

Ordering online is a joke! I placed an order online. I drove 10 minutes to pick it up and then waiting 1/2 hour for the food. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We stopped by here when we need a reliably gluten free meal after a long flight. The staff were courteous, the food was delicious, and they were very careful assembling the gluten free sub. We appreciate their care and attention and would definitely recommend this place to others.
Looking at this is just sad. Look at the bread to meat ratio. This was a grilled cheese not a sandwich. Couldn’t taste NOTHING but bread and cheese.

10’s across the board and always!!! I made another stop into jersey mikes and as a pregnant women (1st time) I’m always hungry lol and they have always been so nice and so accommodating and so understanding!!! I’ve been to other locations and this location is the best so far! The staff last time was great and the staff this time on 7/22 @5:22pm is also!!! I will always come back!!! They were great before I was pregnant and they are great now!!! Food is great! They are clean and everything … 10/10. The main manager is doing an amazing job!!!!
