I visited this Jersey Mike's and I ordered a steak sandwich, when I got my sandwich it was more bread than steak, I requested vegetables to be on my sandwich and they refused as it is not policy whether written or Unwritten to add vegetables to a steak sandwich. My thought is if you cannot add vegetables to a steak sandwich then you need to double down on the meat so that a customer is receiving a reasonable portion for his pay for the price. Furthermore when our orders were brought to us a salad and a steak sandwich we had to request a bag, this is just poor customer service? Don't most to go orders require bagging? Not happy, more training required at this location.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch… 2 cheesesteaks. Chicken bacon ranch didn’t have bacon. Then as the light skinned dude with dreads took my order, I asked for my drink so I could get it while I wait and he said he’ll give it to me when he rings it up. Told another worker to give me my drink. But I thought that was rude.. unprofessional. Sandwiches were ok. Besides the no bacon on a chicken BACON ranch. And then he brought the sandwiches to the counter put them on the counter.. I looked at him and he then asked do you want a bag? Duh I want a bag, I don’t want to carry three loose sandwiches. Smh I know it all Jersey Mike’s are like this but this location was trash. Two managers were just sitting in the lobby. Go left door to the pizza joint. Save yourself the aggravation

I was hoping to give this location a 5-star like I did to the Curry Ford Rd location, but unfortunately not!! As I waited for Devin, one of the workers to finish with an order before me, a police officer walked in a few minutes later to order, and Devin took care of him before me! I was shocked. Without saying a word I quietly walked out to head over to 5-star location but realized they were closing in 10 minutes. So I went back into this location to speak with a manager but he/she wasn’t there. However, JD who was in charge apologized and quickly solved the issue. My sub was finally made by a nice worker that noticed my return. (Sorry I didn’t get his name) Out of the nearly hundreds of 5-star Google reviews I’ve done, this was the second time I had to leave just a star. IF I go back there because it’s closer to my home, it maybe awhile.

Jersey Mike's Subs are exceptional because of the quality ingredients they use. They make it your way or Mike's way, my preferred choice. They have hot and cold subs. They are fast, efficient, usually smiling while making my Sub. They have a Points system, so the more and bigger the sub, the quicker you can rack enough points to get another free sub. They also have Double Points on some special days. Their App is excellent to configure your sub the way you want it and order ahead for a quick pickup. This way you can order a whole bunch of subs ahead of time, either to eat at their place or take-out.

I love Jersey Mike’s and their subs are always on point and delicious. The service is always amazing. It was very busy today and was in and out in no time however, my bread was pretty tough and stale, which made it hard to eat. I had to take it off It was so chewy so it was a little disappointing.

The service was great, the food delicious and we introduced a family member to the subs for the first time!
I love the mini sandwich. For me it is the perfect size and I don’t feel like I am wasting food.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Jersey Mike’s. My order was confirmed the update, but when it arrived, it was incomplete. Despite the restaurant acknowledging the issue and promising a solution, it took 30 minute to attempt to resolve the situation, but they never sent the missing items because they don't have somebody for delivery at that time. I had to personally go to the restaurant to collect the missing order, which took nearly an hour out of my time with all this situation. The lack of communication and inability to resolve the problem in a timely manner was incredibly frustrating. The manager, whom I never encountered directly, should definitely invest more in learning customer service skills, especially when it comes to handling last-minute issues. This entire experience was disappointing, and I will be reconsidering future orders.

Good fresh cut cold cuts and cheese subs. unfortunately they no longer roast their own beef each day and have substituted bad deli roast beef instead and the roast beef sub used to be their best. Prices are too high for what you get, but that seems to be common now.

So did you know that Jersey Mike's is a sub shop that is incapable of being able to heat up a sub. I figured with all the technology nowadays and all the ovens and microwave ovens and all sorts of different multiple ways they are to heat up a sub I thought a place that's supposed to be so well spoken of like Jersey Mike's would be capable of heating up a sub and apparently the guy told me that they couldn't heat up a sub so I walked right out of the store and he never once told me to turn around or offer me that he could do something so apparently spread the word Jersey Mike's is incapable of heating up a sub it is a sub shop that is incapable let me say it again it is a sub shop that sells sub sandwiches and is incapable of heating up a sub. Now for those of you who don't know you can get your subs heated up at any other place like subways or Publix or really any other place that sell subs but apparently not Jersey Mike's.
