I recently visited Made in Puerto Rico Latin Cuisine and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
Our assigned server, Juan, only came to our table once. After that, different staff members passed by, but there was no consistent service. I asked Juan for a refill and he never returned.
We waited over an hour for our food, which is not what I expect from a full-service restaurant. When my food finally arrived, my bistec and rice were cold. No one came...read full review
Took over an hour to get food. I’m Puerto Rican and the mofongo had no flavor . The servicer ordered my daughter’s food before ours and it came last. Grillers is better and give u your moneys worth. 3 tostones with shrimp $16, I get 6 in Tampa for that price . Atmosphere is nice though
My wife took me here today for a surprise birthday party. While the food is good and the staff is attentive, the extremely loud music made this a horrible experience. Made In PR Latin Cuisine Orlando offers a vibrant Caribbean atmosphere that is perfect for celebrations and relaxation with friends and family. The restaurant is known for its authentic Puerto Rican food and delicious drinks, complemented by great music and a lively space. On weekends, they host a great brunch featuring a live DJ and special guests, making it an ideal spot for a fun time. While the service could be better, the friendly staff and owner, Jose, create a welcoming environment. Guests can enjoy tasty dishes, although some have noted that the food can be on the salty side. It's important to be cautious with the mixed drinks, and customers have mentioned that the music can be too loud at times. Overall, it remains a great destination for those who love Latin culture, music, and dancing.
