Today, I ordered and had it delivered to my work. The delivery guy needs to learn a bit of etiquette and not tell the patron to put in the tip on their ticket. It's incredibly rude to ask for a tip. I didn't put it in online for a reason. I had cash in my hand and was tempted to not hand it to him after his remark.
Please teach your delivery guys that it is unacceptable to ask for gratuity. It will be given as seen fit.
Worst sandwich I've ever had. Awful. Barely any meat, lettuce, or onions. Sandwich was all bread; I had to come home and add extra of everything. And on top of that, when I called to have the manager fix the problem, he couldn't do anything for me over the phone, saying I could come back in and "have it remade to my liking." That'd be fine if I wasn't across town. Very very dissatisfied. Will not be returning to any Jimmy Johns again; Jersey Mikes for me!
