What would have made the experience a 5-star experience would have been having the famous sweet butter I thought all your locations carried. This location did not have any of it, just plain old butter. Send them some ASAP I doubt I am the only one who is disappointed they don't carry it.

Had an abundance of choices for dinner on a recent trip to Orlando and scouted a few places but settled on Joe's Crab Shack largely because of the great atmosphere upon entering and the friendly demeanor of Debbie, who served me at the bar. While the food, ambiance, and cleanliness were all awesome and notable, I want to give a special mention to Debbie who's energy, kindness, and personal touch made my first night on my Orlando trip the perfect soft landing. Came in solo and ate at the bar; big drinks offered and was enough for the meal. Ordered a large seafood plate sampler; tasty shrimps and delicious crab legs, fish filet was a little oily, but the fries were decent. Service was a bit slow but nothing terrible. Would come back again for follow up meal.
