I had high hopes for my first time trying Jolliebee but the restaurant was dirty, the fried chicken was greasy and the atmosphere was horrible. Will never come back.

Great place if you like Filipino fast food. The spicy chicken is excellent. The wait might be little long, but the quality is good. 🙂

Ok let's talk about it the food was nasty we tried the Angus burger, the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders, along with the spaghetti, fries and rice along with gravy and I can honestly say it was all gross the spaghetti tasted like a ash tray the gravy tasted like mop water and the burgers had no flavor and the rice had a old fish flavor definitely can't recommend

Good fast food, I'd rank their burgers only below the best fast food burger places like Whataburger. I'd definitely go there over somewhere like McDonald's. The service was super friendly too.

We’ve wanted to try this since they’ve come to the US. We had to drive a ways to get here on a recent vacation. The chicken was very good. The spaghetti was ok. The hamburger was ok. The Ube and peach mango pies were very good and they had some great specialty drinks as well. The service was very nice but the dining area was way too small with maybe 4-5 tables and 15 people inside. We had to sit at a community table and eat with others which wasn’t ideal. We would do drive thru next time.

The food was not as fresh as it could have been. But all in all, with the level of service that was provided by the woman who took my order, it was ok.

Overcooked, not juicy. The gravy saved the chicken and made it edible. Very oily, every bite I felt like a mouth full of oil. Twice the price of Publix fried chicken, and half as good. I’d vote Publix, Church’s, KFC, and Popeyes over Jollibee’s anyday. Don’t know what all the hype is about. Even the chicken sandwich, Chik Fila > Popeyes > Jollibee…

Forgot to mention that you’re also paying $25 for just dark meat, thighs and drumsticks only. Rip off!

Food was delicious, although our experience was lessened by the small size which felt really crowded, our order was wrong (but corrected by very nice staff) a seemingly broken table in the corner and areas that needed cleaned from previous customers. If my next trip is better I'll update, but overall it wasn't great.

This was my first visit to this Jollibee, I used the drive thru.

Pretty standard as far as jollibees go, restaurant is located on east colonial Dr near to Alafaya tr. the parking lot was pretty wide with plenty of parking.

Chicken was hot, crispy, juicy and well seasoned. The mashed potatoes and gravy were very nice but my biscuit was not so great (a little dry) food was good but the piece seemed a little high.

Came to Orlando to visit Universal Studios with my niece for the first time. On our first night, I decided to use Uber eats to get Jolibee for our late dinner. This was after 9:00 pm,I was hesitant to get it at first because It was kinda late I know I only had 1 hour before they closing time. I was really intrigued when an Uber driver delivered our food that fast and meet me at the lobby of our hotel. It was 40 mins drive to get it delivered to our hotel near Universal Studios. I even gave the driver extra cash as a tip on top of what I gave online. When we got back to our room, I was very very disappointed to see that 3 of our what I ordered was missing. Not even 2 mins I kept calling the uber driver, and it was disconnecting my call as if the driver was ending the call on purpose. I sent a message to Uber eats about the issues and haven't heard anything back until 44 hours later, saying ......
'"After looking into this order and the information provided, it was determined that the delivery matches the order. Therefore this order can’t be refunded."
" There's 3 missing order for crying out loud!! There's several missing order!!

What a big disappointment, either the UBER DRIVER took my food or Jollibee crew was not paying attention and didn't really check the order. I spend over 100 dollars with tip for this not so worth it order. Oh well, I just learned a lesson. Never again!

Was so excited to hear that the Orlando location got Palabok and Spicy Chicken. We really enjoyed the dishes when we had them at the Tampa location.

What was surprising was the lack of professionalism that we received from the young woman who took our order. I had had some questions and she seemed like she couldnt have been more annoyed having to answer them. She went so far as to flash my wife and I dirty looks while gesturing as if we had asked the stupidest questions in the world. If it weren't for us having driven from the other side of town, I would've told the young woman never mind and to forget our order. My wife and I will definitely have to rethink making the trek from across town if the young woman is any indication to the type of service that can be expected.

Wanted to try this place for the first time. They have A LOT of to choose from. Tried to order for a family of five; varying ages. They do not have a kids menu, no problem, but we are trying not to be wasteful as they don’t eat much. We were fine and then ordering with this guy, and changed to an aggressive filipino chick. She was essentially rushing us to make decision and told us to go to the window. Once we were there she kept asking what we wanted with now no menu to look at. We asked her to easy up and she started rushing us, and she responded with something like, we are in the clock or we are being timed. So, we left.

If you like this place great, but I will not waste my time, and in four years like every other restaurant to occupied that space, it will be closed. Especially with that type of customer service.

Poor operational strategy to put what seemed like a new person to take on the go orders, for a primarily on the go business and then get frustrated with the customer.
