Food was delicious like the fried food/appetizer. The salmon was dry over cooked. I finally got my lemon water by the time I almost done eating. I only ordered lemon water. Ensure if theybwere under staffed. Nonetheless, it' disappointing to experience. The waitress seemed overwhelmed and we have to ask multiple times by several people in my party. Unfortunately the service was poor. The food was good, however, not worth the experience.

The 🇭🇹 food here is top tier! The temperature, portions and taste were amazing! We got the rice, beans, and chicken in one order and the legume, rice and beans in the next. I have been coming here since 2020 and will continue to come here!

Jean gave us an excellent service with my family. Food was great and Haitian music was on point.

This was our first visit of many more to come! Jean Gardy was our server. He was extremely pleasant, professional, nice and helpful. The fried goat was exceptionally good! The Black Rice was my favorite! We definitely had a great Caribbean food experience! Thanks Jean!

This the best experience I had on my trip in Orlando Florida . I personally recommend anyone’s who likes Caribean food or would like to try a perfect creole food to come to KALALOU restaurant

I came in with a group of 16 people, and all 16 of us left overly satisfied. Best Haitian restaurant we’ve been to! Our waitress St Fleur was amazing. You get great food and great customer service.
