We’re from Manchester, England and this was the BEST KFC we’ve had in a long time!
It was Fast, Fresh and Hot and the workers we’re so happy to help.
Big shout out to the 2 ladies we spoke to, one being the GM you work so hard and clearly run a tight ship cause it shows. Also shout out to the man from the kitchen in the red shirt I had a problem at the drink station and ended up with the wrong drink this guy purposely got me a fresh drink from the back...

I almost didn't come here for dinner after reading some of the horror reviews on here. Either this place has massively improved within a few months or people are way too pick. Waited no longer that 5 minutes, good was good and service was also good. Maybe if I came here a little later after Universal Studios closes it might have been different. My advice is you'll pay for KFC and get KFC, if you come at around 4-5pm your service time should be short.
