Living near this location for 3 years now, & this location is just awful. Pure trash. The food never tastes good. They never have full menu items. Until this day, this is the only location I’ve been ever been to in my life that doesn’t serve popcorn chicken… every time I get a famous bowl it’s consistently big chunky, chewy pieces of rushed cooked chicken… EVERY TIME. This location SUCKS!

I placed an order online today Feb/6/25. The app told me that the order was ready at 9:15pm and when I arrived to pick up they started to prepare the order and made me wait half an hour to give me the food

Worst kfc in town, I ordered a a family meal 8pcs chicken with coleslaw salad, The chicken was all watery and covered in oil, and the salad seemed like it had been in the freezer and was old, I request a new order of fresh kitchen, staff gave a “fresh” new chicken but it was the same thing. Please train your kitchen staff better.

I bought a family pack that included 4 biscuits and they were not in my order when I picked up. I went up to ask for them and the staff didn't believe they were missing. We were sitting at a table with my children and they wanted me to bring them all the boxes. They couldn't get close to the place. I find it disrespectful to distrust clients if they are doing their job poorly.

I haven't been to a KCF in quite a while, but they have slimmed down their menu. The only sides are french fries, not potato wedges. There are no more greens on the menu, they no longer have mac'n'cheese or corn on the cob either. I walked into this place and they were running a skeleton crew. I can only imagine how overworked the employees are with this small staff.
The staff were awesome, everything else was lacking.
They were very friendly and the place looked clean, I didn’t have to wait long. First time I’ve been there and I’ll be happy to go back.

Don’t ever use mobile order here . they intentionally ignore the mobile order .. when you arrive to pick up the order they still ignore you and make you wait an extra 30 min .. bad business.. I don’t recommend anyone doing a mobile order here..
