So much yelling in the kitchen! Sounds like horse play. VERY unprofessional. The only female was pleasant and the most quiet and respectful. It’s not like they were busy at 3:30pm- I was one of three total customers in the store.

The staff is lazy and doesn’t want to work. When there were no customers at KFC, they still didn’t want to take an order at the counter and sent me to place the order at the kiosk. Considering they had no workload at all, this kind of service won’t get them far.

Living near this location for 3 years now, & this location is just awful. Pure trash. The food never tastes good. They never have full menu items. Until this day, this is the only location I’ve been ever been to in my life that doesn’t serve popcorn chicken… every time I get a famous bowl it’s consistently big chunky, chewy pieces of rushed cooked chicken… EVERY TIME. This location SUCKS!

I placed an order online today Feb/6/25. The app told me that the order was ready at 9:15pm and when I arrived to pick up they started to prepare the order and made me wait half an hour to give me the food

Today was my cheat day and all I wanted was fried chicken and sweet tea, I found out they don't brew iced tea on Sundays, lady was rude and dismissive. Is that in all KFC's?
