I've been to this place 3 times and they tell me that they don't have chicken and that in half an hour there will be...if they don't have chicken then what's the sign for, if they don't have chicken. Don't go to this place, only anger will happen. Very bad service.

Really horrible, my partner and I are from Europe and we came to spend some time here. When we arrived, an employee told us that it was ready to go and it was still only 9:30 p.m. and we kindly told her that no problem, it turns out that when we place the order and they see that we had ordered chicken, they tell us that there is no more chicken! Obviously we wanted a refund, so another girl came and told us that she had 4 thighs, 1 breast and 9 wings left over, to which we really settled for it since we didn't want any problems, at 9:40 the employee who had told us it was a takeaway was already closing the doors so we couldn't leave, my partner had to go get his phone from the car and opened the door because they had locked us in and on top of that the employee started scolding him when in case You can't close a door to customers. When we looked at the door, the schedule said it closed at 11 p.m. and we told the employee that it says it closes at 11 p.m. and she told us that was the time they left, but they actually close at 9:30 p.m. for the public. Without a doubt, we didn't believe it, a total shame! I also work in hospitality and I have never closed the doors to a client and I have never in my life tried to close a restaurant an hour and a half early and not having the food that is in said restaurant. I think it's a shame because it's never happened to me in a KFC! They have to change the way they work or better change all employees.

Placed Uber Eats order for 1 piece meal. All food was as it should be. The drink was ordered as UNSWEET tea as I am diabetic. Received SWEET tea which I can not drink. Please teach your staff to read and pay attention to notes on orders.

I ordered a thigh and leg with mashed potato and gravy but I got the tiniest wing I've ever seen and a breast with a dish of just gravy and no potatoes. I got the wrong order. I was already home and didn't have time to drive all the way back to get the right order. Really? I'll be checking every bag from now on. Thanks for my messed up dinner that I didn't eat but paid for. 🤬

This place needs to be shut down always the same problem with 9 workers Literally waited 15 min parked no wait in line or cars waiting .all the worker were dancing and talking decided to check on food they all looked at each other food was on the counter cold .had to replace my fries and on top lady was mad because I wanted fresh fries ...not a sorry for the wait nothing .I

Service was slow. 40 minutes till I got my food. They don't close till midnight and it was 7:30 pm. Windows where fogged up ac on high and no lites outside or through drive thru. Food was good.
