Rude as hell at the drive thru this woman actin like she hate her job. The menus says you can get your wings in honey bbq flavor and she keep saying “we don’t do that anymore” then why is it a flavor option for you regular wings?? I asked for a 12 piece wing combo in honey bbq why you acting stink with an attitude?? She needs to be gone.

Terrible service from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no acknowledgment — I stood there for 10 minutes while the drive-thru worker looked right at me multiple times. The pickup shelf was blocked with cardboard, and since no one bothered to speak to me, I moved it to grab my order. The manager immediately snapped at me with attitude instead of simply asking who I was picking up for.
Then the food was wrong, items were missing, and they even gave the wrong drinks. The Sierra Mist had zero flavor — clearly they didn’t bother changing the syrup box. After how rude the staff was, I felt too uncomfortable to even check the bags in the store.
Overall, horrible customer service and missing food, tasteless soda. I won’t be coming back.

Angry workers disrespectful they never have any chicken and always have a long line they close earlier than supposed to maybe because the floors are so dirty because you can see it from the drive thru sad very sad the people they have working there at night when people are trying to get dinner.

Worst service ever there was seven people in the building had only placed orders. They ran out of chicken wings and each order was taking 5 to 10 minutes for the person to even get it. When I canceled my order, only two people out of all of those had gotten their orderand the rest of them before me were still waiting. There was only three people And the rest of them before me were still waiting. There was only three people behind the counter working as one of them had walked out the door to be on his phone.

I waited almost 30 mins for my damn chicken and it wasn’t even crispy! My tenders look old and sad and damn spent near $40 on family meal! SMH. Workers unprofessional! They rather talk on there phone then get my order right! Here’s an idea if you don’t like your job then quit! Unbelievable! I know for a fact if they went to a kfc and had the treatment they got from there identical employees they would make a scene and through a fit! Never again!
