I recently visited this sorry excuse for a KFC and I was extremely disappointed. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. When I finally received my order, the food was cold and tasted stale. The restaurant itself was dirty, with trash on the floors and tables that hadn't been cleaned. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I won't be coming back.

Every time I've been to this location for drive through it is EXTREMELY slow. The most recent visit, I sat at the speaker for ten minutes, told I'd be helped soon twice, just to be told they were out of chicken. Extremely rude to let me waste that time.

Delayed order with 5 workers without workload (8:30pm)...There were no fries and they didn't warn us...Anyway...They should open a location in Altamonte Springs.
I never seen the slowest service ever in the store. They never have nothing ready. Always had to wait more than 15 minutes or 20 minutes for food we've done because they never have anything cooked and ready to serve. and faces making jokes and just sitting there making jokes like dummies and they even care people that probably are very hungry or they in a hurry if this resturant its a fast food !!
