Every bite was next-level, the flavors were bananas (in the best way), and the execution was flawless. If you haven’t been yet, go ASAP. 🔥🍽️

Amazing experience! The open kitchen is a true pleasure to watch as they create a one of a kind dinning experience. Must go in Orlando.

Second visit here in 2 years. Food was ok. Service was slow. We had zero refills of water or anything in the last hour we were there. … so we didn’t even bother to stay for desserts. Steak was good. Everything else was meh. See captions of pics. Not really worth the pomp and circumstance for this place. Food quality needs to tighten up. Have your servers pay attention to the patrons and not for show. They didn’t even get our drink order right. The cocktail was just plopped down on the table without thoughtfulness. Expected much more from this restaurant. The Highball and Harvest downstairs had much better food, service and ambiance.

So we’ve eaten here numerous times since it changed hands from Norman’s to Knife & Spoon. Each time we’ve eaten here, the experience was progressively worse, which is likely at least part of the reason they lost their Michelin star… inconsistency. The first time we ate here, we liked the decor and ambiance, although it didn’t feel as comfy or nice as Norman’s did. The largest gap between the two venues was clearly the service. When it was Norman’s, we always felt special when we ate here, the staff always went above and beyond and did little things like giving my wife a little rose, folding my napkins, checking in on each course. Knife & spoon did none of those things. Another glaring issue is that their menu actually GOT WORSE over time. Initially they offered unique drinks such as aged wagyu fat washed old fashioned, and steaks that were aged 45 days, 150 days and 365 days! You simply cannot find this at many fine dining establishments. I’ve tried all of those aged steaks, and they were amazing. Guess what, none are offered there any longer, and those bespoke drinks, gone. When I asked why, I was told that they were too expensive and costs needed to be cut. SAY WHAT? Cut costs? We’re talking about a Michelin starred restaurant (formerly) that costs well over $300 for dinner for 2, at one of the finest Ritz Carlton venues in the US! What a joke. Needless to say, my wife and I no longer dine here, and I most certainly don’t recommend it to anyone, especially with so many amazing dining options that exist today in the Orlando region. Thumbs down. I hope the ritz brings in another restaurant to replace this place sooner than later.

WOW—my mom and I were blown away. The service, the decor, the drinks, the food. The entire experience was an 11/10 for us. My mother said this was the “best chicken I have ever tasted.” Being GF was no problem at all for me. No complaints, no edits!

Dietary restrictions: Staff were very conscious about our food sensitivities (main one being gluten free). No issue at all ordering off the menu and the food was divine.

They almost killed me. I was staying at the Ritz and booked a reservation. Upon arrival they asked if I had any allergies. I told them. The server asked, I told him. Ordered something that had non of my allergies. They were negligent when preparing my food, and I had a bad allergic reaction. All they didn’t was comp my meal, barely an apology. If you are staying there of the JW, DO NOT EAT HERE. Especially if you have any allergies.

Enjoyed our Thanksgiving at the Knife and Spoon. I had a filet and Mac and cheese. Cooked to perfection.
My hubby had the classic thanksgiving feast. It was good but he said it wasn’t worth the price. Still good. Just expensive for the amount of food he got. We shared a salad and got the pumpkin dessert which was divine but again the portions were a bit small to share.

Knife & Spoon delivered an exceptional dining experience! Although the meal wasn’t served in courses, we got to taste a variety of dishes—from appetizers that awakened our taste buds to a dessert that was the perfect finale before the check. Every bite was exquisite.

Miguel and Pedro were our hosts, and their recommendations were spot-on. Miguel went above and beyond, offering us a complimentary dessert when we couldn’t decide which one to try.

This is, without a doubt, the best restaurant I’ve dined at in Orlando. It’s no surprise it’s recognized in the Michelin Guide.

We just celebrated our anniversary dinner at Knife and Spoon and our experience was beyond fantastic. Our servers were amazing, very knowledgeable of the menu. They provided amazing recommendations regarding food and drinks. I had the dayboat catch with mushrooms and onion rings and my husband the Australian wagyu filet mignon (perfectly cooked medium well) with Joe Mac and Cheese. Honestly we couldn't choose a better place to celebrate. Thank you to Joy and Shay, our servers and all the restaurant staff for spoiling us 😊. Last but not least, the breads selection they give you to try, amazing, but we highly recommend the one with Cheese and paprika. Thank you guys for everything, we look forward to visit you again.

Sat at the bar and ate alone. Bartender was knowledgeable and food was incredible. Just came for a quick bite and got the Caesar & mac and cheese. Good portion’s, good espresso martini.

I’m a foodie. Been to Keller’s Per Se in New York. This was excellent for a Florida hotel experience. Not the Keller full treatment but for the money well worth it and definitely a mini Michelin lite experience. I will come back. The bread the hamachi and the soufflé were excellent. The service impeccable and the atmosphere spot on. The main room is too loud so I sat at a table in the bar. Sit there if u want quiet. Matt and Alondra and the others who served me were excellent. The entire experience was excellent. They balance the resort vibe and being a hotel restaurant near disney with high end dining. It’s not going to be like a Per Se but it doesn’t have to to be amazing. It’s Per Se lite and it has a la carte options and is more budget friendly. I can’t say enough good things about my day here. Truly the highlight of my trip. Come and keep y ur expectations in line with the experience. And order the hamachi the crusty bread and the soufflé. U will love it.

The atmosphere and service is definitely Michelin quality. Food is tasty, we had a 90 day aged rib eye, chicken, seasoned vegetables, ravioli. The ravioli is my favorite as it’s made uniquely and very tasty for a vegan dish. Rib eye is covered with charcoal, not liking it too much. It could also be the cut is quite thick, which is hard to cook it properly with a well done. Desert was good, met my expectation for a Michelin quality.
