I know prices are always higher at a jw but 15 dollars plus 18 percent gratuity and that’s how much guacamole you get in the pics. Pretty sad. Daughter’s fries were cold and stale. We got our order to go so we wonder if ordering in is better. Doubt it honestly. Bartenders are attentive but that’s about it. I ordered from the bar because we saw our waitress once all day. It is not busy today.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott for four days and ended up eating at Knife Burger twice—that’s how good it was! The double burger was fantastic, easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. It’s juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, making it worth every bite.

The ozersky is a really good hamburger as the aftertaste is amazing. Brisket Nachos are also really good. The service though depends on how crowded it is. You have to wait a while for food and service if it’s crowded and gratuity is pre included regardless of party size, though the staff at least give you a heads up. Overall glad I tried and it’s very convenient.

The cocktails were weak and overpriced with rude service to match. Chris at the bar almost made me want to end my stay early.
Workers are not very nice. Had to wait around 15 minutes in front of the register just to get my order to taken. The worker noticed me but didn’t acknowledge me.

I ordered chicken tenders to go for $23 and 18% gratuity was automatically charged which I believe is ridiculous. The food was fresh but it did not taste good. The chicken had no flavor but the fries were okay. They were not greasy. I have no plans to eat here again. I rather drive to a restaurant and pay $23.

Ordered a well done, single patty cheese burger to-go back to my room. Immediately noticed shape of burger was preformed and frozen. Lacked flavor and two onion slices were so thin they might as well have not been included. Burger was undercooked so I only ate around the very edges. Would not recommend a burger- from Knife Burger! Fries were good but no salt or pepper included with my to-go order and don’t have salt or pepper in my room. Overall, disappointing.
