My first time at Krystal's, my mom brought me as she loves Krystal's! Our order taker was going back & firth between drive thru & front counter and didn't let it phase her bubbly & polite personality! Absolutely wonderful to deal with, I had questions about a few items, she was so great to deal with. Definitely will be back when in the area again

We went on 3/26/24. Those poor workers had no ac!!! I hope that is addressed quickly for them. They did have individual ac's in the store, though we did not eat in. The food was awesome, as always! Love Krystal burgers, chili, and fries ?. Took my food home and pigged-out!!!
The cashier shouldn’t be allowed to interact with people, very mean, didn’t even ask me what I wanted for my drink and charged me for some chilli fries I didn’t wanted, and a flavor drink I didn’t wanted worst 25 dollars spended in my life

Not the first time that I tried to buy on this location and they don’t have enough staff to provide proper service. Right at lunchtime today and tried to order, but was told I had to wait 20-30 minutes for the burgers because she was the only one and the helper was coming in 30 minutes. My word to the owner is to please close the restaurant if you can’t provide proper service. Will not waste my time at this location anymore!

Update to Krystals...... I used that link already for my complaint why cant you go through your list and reply. Why do I have to submit the same thing again.Ordered through KRYSTALS website. They didnot have milkshakes. I was told to get a refund through the vendor I ordered through but I told them i used their website not a vendor. The still refusede a refund. I contacted corporate through email weeks ago to contactewith no response.
