We went on 3/26/24. Those poor workers had no ac!!! I hope that is addressed quickly for them. They did have individual ac's in the store, though we did not eat in. The food was awesome, as always! My first time at Krystal's, my mom brought me as she loves Krystal's! Our order taker was going back & firth between drive thru & front counter and didn't let it phase her bubbly & polite personality! Absolutely wonderful to deal with, I had questions about a few items, she was so great to deal with. Definitely will be back when in the area again
