Went to this location and drove up to place my order, today November 3rd, 2025 at approximately 8:15pm. I was told by a male employee through the drive-thru intercom that due to the system being down, he could not take any orders. I thought I may have misunderstood and asked him to repeat. Again, he told me that he could not take any orders because the system was down. So I drove off disappointed and a little upset. Is there not a back up system and / or way to still take orders from any potential clientele? Maybe I’m wrong, idk…. I just find this odd and completely unprofessional. And it’s for this reason that I’ll never return to this Krystal’s again… EVER!

The building definitely needs to be remodeled it's old and falling apart but the food was hot and delicious and the employees were very good

I had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at this Krystal location. The way I was treated by the staff made me feel completely unwelcome. While other customers were greeted and served politely, I was ignored, spoken to rudely, and made to feel like I didn’t belong. It honestly felt like I was being discriminated against, and no customer should ever be treated that way.
To make matters worse, my food was cold and poorly prepared, and when I asked for help, the employees brushed me off. I left feeling hurt and disappointed. I hope management looks into this seriously and reminds their staff that kindness and respect should be shown to everyone equally.

I felt disrespected I went through the drive through and the speaker was muffled could here the person so they started giving me attitude and trying to be smart with me food is great put the people no need new people maybe the place will get busier

Went there this morning is was a 2 lady's in the drive thru.. employees looking at the menu at the drive thru.. so I stop and waited untill they were done after they were done I give them my order with a decent attitude and respect but there attitude was very rude and disrespectful.. the tall dark lady taking order on 8/8/25 dude as very and take your food and throw it across the table like it nothing and maybe because she don't want her job cause.. but the short dark lady was very respectful and kind .. that manager for that location a short dark older lady need to be remove along with that lady taking order rude how they treat there own people I told them to give me my money back and I went to Wendy's where am sure my food is hot and good customer service
