If I could give the crew here more stars I'd give them a 10. Kimberly, is amazing! We're visiting from Virginia and New Mexico. I grew up on Krystal's and had not had them for over 12 years. Kimberly treated us like family. Threw tables together for 12 of us. This Krystal's employees went above and beyond to make sure my friends, who had never enjoyed Krystal's, loved their food. Thank you Kimberly!!! 💙💙💙

Host Mamie was very nice and very patient very polite and great customer service she had a smile the whole entire time employees like her she explained to me to me very well and I was so surprised that the pricing went up but she gave me other opportunities to get the same thing under the $3 and under but then she suggested that I get the $9 bill because it'll be the same thing great customer service

This Krystal is a long standing restaurant, dating back to the 90s when I was a teenager. I used to come here on the regular back in 1993-1996. I'm now 49 years old. My mother brought me here today, November 1, 2024 for 645am breakfast. It's the first time I've been here to this location since I was running around pine hills as a teenager. The ladies that worked this morning ,are awesome and great!! Their attention to customer service was off the chain. Love you ladies, you ROCK

Went in at 3:30 today been coming here last couple of days. The crew inside do an amazing job. A man named Michael’s aswell did spectacular well. Very respectable and handled my order with speed and efficiency while it was busy good job he’s a good person to have on the team!
