Kyuramen x Tbaar in Orlando offers a cozy and vibrant dining experience, blending comfort food with creative beverages.
The ramen was satisfying and rich, with a well-balanced broth that felt both hearty and refined. The noodles were cooked perfectly—springy and flavorful, pairing seamlessly with the toppings. The soft-boiled egg and tender slices of mushroom added layers of umami that elevated the dish. The portion size was generous without being overwhelming, making it a filling but enjoyable meal.
The tofu was another highlight, boasting a light yet crispy exterior and a soft, creamy interior. Paired with a tangy dipping sauce, it served as the perfect appetizer or side dish. It was well-seasoned, and the texture made it incredibly satisfying.
Tbaar’s drink menu adds a playful touch to the meal. Their bubble tea and fruit drinks complement the savory dishes, providing a refreshing balance. The staff were attentive and quick, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Overall, Kyuramen x Tbaar offers a delightful fusion of flavors in a warm, casual setting. It’s a great spot for ramen lovers and those seeking a unique blend of Asian comfort food and creative drinks. Highly recommended!
Some of my students (junior/senior high schoolers) are on the speech and debate team and the 9 of us decided to eat here for dinner. Everything from the food to the service was amazing! Thank you to all the staff for your friendly service and being patient with our kiddos (there were 5 of them). The kids loved the ambiance and had a lot of fun! Might I suggest the edamame, pork bao bun, and tonkatsu curry ramen.

First of all, the food is delicious. The only disappointment was with a mango smoothie, its taste is a bit fake and very very sweet. This place had been recommended to us a lot, but I always like to know more about the place before visiting it; when reading the menu it looked very interesting (it really is interesting) and the reviews were mostly very good, although you find some bad ones but nothing to do with what these reviews say. I recommend the place 5/5.

I recently had the opportunity to try Kyuramen x TBaar in UCF, and I was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the Spicy Garlic Ramen, and it was delicious. The broth was spicy and savory, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. The charred pork belly was tender and flavorful, and the soft-boiled egg was a nice addition. I also tried the Karaage, which was crispy and juicy. The dipping sauce was the perfect complement to the chicken. If you're looking for a delicious and authentic Japanese dining experience, Kyuramen x TBaar is definitely worth a visit.

I'd I could give a place 10 ⭐️'s I would. The decor was very charming, from the honeycomb booths along the wall to the booth with a cute curtain. Service was efficient and flowed nicely. I got the omurice and let me tell you, I haven't had omurice this tasty since I lived in Japan ? so my compliments to the kitchen chefs. If you haven't been here, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I know I will try to make it a point to eat here every time I visit Orlando.

tl;dr - This place is a perfect example of “form over function”; visually appealing but the food (that we tried) just isn’t good.
- FOOD
We had the rice burgers so we can’t speak to the ramen, which I would hope is better.
- - Burgers
In any case, the rice burgers were a total gimmick. Rice is a very poor substitute for a bun. It was tasteless and just completely falls apart as you eat.
That would have been at least somewhat forgivable if the actual contents of the burgers were good. Unfortunately, in the case of fried chicken, and teriyaki beef burgers, the flavors just became muddled. Beef was a bit better but still nothing impressive.
- - Fries
We also had a side of purple sweet potato fries apparently fried in tempura. Again, these were tasteless and unsatisfying to eat. The texture was… interesting, with a crunchy exterior and dense, mushy inside, but I can’t say I enjoyed that aspect either.
- - Misc.
Wish I could have tried the omurice but it is far too overpriced. ~$23 for an omelet on top of fried rice is ridiculous. I’ve had it elsewhere for much cheaper, as it should be.
- DRINKS
No complaints as far as drinks go. Thai milk tea is what it is.
- SERVICE
Again, no complaints here. Servers were nice and genuinely helpful.
