The food is too expensive for the quality and to find hair. One person finding hair in the food maybe fine but two nahh that's disgusting. The churrasco and beefsteak had no flavor. The employees were rude, their customer service attention sucks. I visited for the first time and last.

I ordered a primium churrasco frappe and found hairs in the disgusting mofongo. 🤮🤮🤮 Poor service, apparently the employees and owners hate each other. You'd go to ask a question, and they'd come out reluctantly.

This is my third time here. I liked it the first time I came, that's why I came back." But this will be the last. An order for $30 was placed. It was supposed to be a seafood salad with tostones, and I received nothing but peppers and onions with two or three pieces of seafood. On top of that, they gave me a huge piece of pepper and the tostones were burnt and sweet (the plantain was ripe). The other person ordered a glass of seafood, and they served a small portion of seafood, and the glass was filled with onions and peppers. By the way, they changed the glass (it's smaller). They should be more considerate about the portions served and the quality of the food, because you're paying a fair price for such poor quality and such a small portion.

Horrible! I order the “famous” Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. The strawberries tasted old, THEY DO NOT PREPARE IT FRESH. The pistachios and chocolate cream was hard like they had it in the fridge premade hours or who knows I would not be surprised if days prior. And to top it off they sprinkle Qaddafi not actually include Qaddafi, so you not getting ANY to actually enjoy it. The worst. So we spent $28 for old strawberries with old items included and a KitKat Frappe. A complete scam on these menu items. NEVER AGAIN.

I went to have 2 frappes and after review it and decided for this place we get there. Asked for a Chessecake frappe and guy said "don't have chessecake" ok, what you have his answer was saralee. Decided to order a snickers after he went around 10 second on the back he says dont have snickers neither. After that I leave because place was empty and dont have 2 of the ítem we want to try.
