shrimps 0 ⭐ they were soft, they served 8 I could only eat 4. Normally I can eat them all and more. For me to leave them, they were bad

The best PR food truck in central Orlando. I have been coming here for many years and have never been disappointed with food, quality or service.

Saturday at 1pm waited 10-15 minutes max even with several customers before me.

The service is friendly.

I ordered El Caribeño ( comes with skirt steak, shrimp, mofongo and the most delicious creamy aji ( garlic sauce) I have ever tasted.

Fried Pork chunks, tostones and lettuce/ tomatoes salad lime and mayoketchup. Everything was fresh, hot and FLAVORFUL ( nothing was refried). Large portion size for both orders.

My order is pricey but the quality and flavor is hand down the best. And once again I am satisfied customer.

Parking is available but very limited.

It's great that they changed to a beeper system to let you know your order is ready.

I'm also happy they painted the fence 😊 it was needed. Now its asthetically pleasing as well.

One of my biggest disappointments. I place a lunch order at 1:05pm my brother placed his aswell, we was the only ones there at the time. His order comes out first, he eats his order and at 1:45still my order didn't come out. I asked for a refund and all of a sudden order was done after 45min have passed and I cant get a Redund. Customer Robbery 101.. Spoke to owner and she stated that cause order is made after 40 45 min that I cant get my refund. THIS IS BIG NEVER COMING BACK. AFTER THIS REVIEW I WILL SEND BBB REVIEW ASWELL. Also Report to the Bank. To answer your reply on the bottom you said you offered a lemonade lol. I bought your lemonade de parcha it sat for 35min so it actually watered down. With time stamp today 1:15pm. You dont need to lie... Not going to let you go easy

The food is absolutely delicious, truly one of the best I’ve had. Unfortunately, the customer service over the phone is very poor. On several occasions I’ve called and either no one answers, or the phone rings for a long time and then gets hung up after someone finally picks up. Once I even went in and was told the phone had run out of battery.
I really tried to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt because I enjoy the food so much, but after repeated issues and no improvement, I’ve decided to stop ordering. Sadly, they have lost a customer due to poor communication. It’s a shame, because with better phone service, the overall experience would be excellent

Food truck service: I have been visiting this food place for more than 8 years, and I usually enjoy most of their dishes.

However, this past Easter Sunday I was very disappointed with my order. I purchased a “tripleta” sandwich, a side of fries with bacon and cheese, a tamarind juice, and Dubai chocolate strawberries, and I was charged almost $48.

The meat in the tripleta was extremely salty, and the sandwich seemed to be prepared in a rushed way. Most of the meat was falling out of the bread. Also, the cost of a regular side of fries was $6.75, plus $1.00 for bacon and $0.75 for cheese, bringing the total to an unbelievable $8.50 just for fries.

Very disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for so many years.

Was to expensive for just French fries in a food truck and a to go order.

Stopped by La Isla Del Frappe & Puchunguis Pinchos and really enjoyed the food. I ordered the cup of mofongo with garlic chicken and it was flavorful, fresh, and very satisfying. I also had a passion fruit juice which was refreshing and delicious. The prices are a little on the higher side, but the quality and taste made it worth it. Definitely a nice spot when you’re craving Puerto Rican flavors.

10 out of 10! Best Mofongo at Central Florida. Service is exceptional. Friendly, and the best thing is the waiting time ain't that crazy like other places. Love it, would be back every Weekend! 💙❤️
