Waitress Jackie was nice until we told her we weren't members & she very much paid attention to the very large party 2 tables down. She said she'd bring bread but nope. The food runner (young Hispanic male) delivered our food and did get us bread within 30 seconds of us asking. We tipped him. Jackie barely gave us refill of tea. We were a party of 3, so Jackie decided we were not worth good service. Food was great.
What started out to be a disaster was saved by the General Manager Bill and the ABSOLUTE BEST SERVER Amber.
A very promising dinner for 12 old friends that had been planned for months and confirmed up to the day before was almost ruined by a very rude, condescending and extremely belligerent person that didn't seem to have a problem watching close to $800. in business walking out the front door by telling us that EVERY TABLE WAS RESERVED and we had been informed of our seating...read full review
