Tonight I stopped by Little Caesars to pick up a pizza, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. If I could give the customer service a rating of zero, I absolutely would. The woman working the register was openly disrespectful to several customers, including myself. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
What made the situation even worse was the overall behavior of the staff. The way they were speaking to each other sounded more like a conversation you’d hear at someone’s house—not in a workplace serving customers. One employee was swearing loudly and carrying on as if they were outside with friends, not on the job. It created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment for everyone waiting.
I strongly recommend that the manager review the security cameras from tonight and address the behavior that took place. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, and the level of unprofessionalism I witnessed should not be acceptable at any business.

I made an online order and my wife picked it up. She put in the code which told her not to forget the drinks and sauces. She then asked the guy what to grab and he told her we didn’t get anything. When she got home, I realized she left the drink but I had to make it to an appointment. I swung by the store 4 hours later with the receipt and they were extremely rude to me. They admitted that we didn’t receive the drink but said we should’ve called. I said I’m here to pick up part of my order that we didn’t receive. Then the general manager began to lecture me about how it was our fault. All the while I kept saying I’d just like to get what I paid for and you admit that I paid for it. All of this drama over a soda.

The lady at the cashier being very rude after picking up order for DoorDash, and letting her know that was our first time doing it very disrespectful and instead of letting us know how to do it very disrespectful and unkindly yelling at us expecting us to know how to do the pick up system they have after I get angry with her all she does is laugh about it and cursed us out very unprofessional derespectful!!

So I made an 8 pizza order went to pick up everyone was standing around talking. There was noone else waiting, my son and I stood there for over five minutes before we were helped. When we were given order was missing an order of the crazy puffs and two of the pizzas were burned. The stuffed crust and the thin crust( the more expensive ones) not going back there. It was uncomfortable to say the least.

The manager they have there is rude, racist. I called to place an order and I expressed myself in Spanish because I recognized that I was Hispanic and the entire time he treated me badly and spoke to me in English. I told him, did you understand me? And he answered me in English and threw the phone at me without even saying thank you or how much my balance was. I was in front of the store and I got out and sat down to wait and I listened to her the whole time speaking in Spanish with the other employee and to top it all off talking about me. When he realized that it was me who was there, he didn't even dare to look at me. I don't understand why there are people who work with the public and are so mediocre and so terrible. Problems are not brought to work.
