The pizza quality has gone down over the years. 👎👎
My wife went inside said the staff was fine and bent over backwards to help use a gift card we had. Food was fin and no one complained about it.
I was greeted thinking it would be a pleasant experience. Until it wasn't. Erika was on the phone with her earbuds. Attentive for the most part. Until I had an issue with my pizza. She practically told me nothing was wrong and walked off. 0 stars for customer service at 6601 old Winter garden. 0 stars for quality. Pizza was not as advertised.
