After a late, long day at the Magic Kingdom, we were worried we would have to go to bed without having a decent meal. But we got a great steak and sides, with a smile from our server. Logan's never disappoints.

Timing is everything sometimes. Random early dinner Thursday. Enjoyed happy hour at the bar. Jaime is one of the better bartenders I’ve had in a while and it was obvious he was a locals favorite! I order filets rare and this was cooked perfectly. I did order sautéed mushrooms to go with dinner and they were too salty for my taste but all in all a great meal.

My services was very slow waiting for the food to arrives, $25.00 Ribeye Steak was very tough and part of the steak had to discarded.

The restaurant was beyond freezing and our food took forever to come out. When it did, the ribs were over done and the chicken under cooked. I ordered a side of brocolli and got a whole 2 pieces. The waitress was good but the overall experience was really poor.

The food was ok but my daughter ordered chicken tenders and fries. When they were brought out my daughter and the waitress saw there was a hair cooked into one of the tenders. The waitress said she would get us a whole new plate. Which is expected, then when the check came i expected for there to be some sort of discount for the hair in the food and for waiting longer for her food. Unfortunately there was none, so i asked the waitress and she said she would ask the manager. So the result was $5 off a $80 check. Will definitely not be going back here!! Also be careful when biting into your food next time. There might be hairs cooked into your food.
This is our first ever actual “bad/uncomfortable” experience at this restaurant. Me and my family have come to eat here probably 4 or 5 times within the past year and we’ve always enjoyed the food and the good atmosphere & customer service. Our actual food was "OK" but not great due to portions of it being cold when it finally arrived.

Our server was awesome. The cook hasn't a clue on how to cook a medium steak. Four (out of five) people at our table ordered steak...all four were different level of "cooked".

Glad to see one in Orlando . Its been years since I been to One and that was in Tennessee. This place was great. Best staff seated us for lunch supper fast no wait . Bread was so good and they bring you more. Food was very good lots of flavoring. Great Job guys.
