Lucciano's The Florida Mall

I am standing in line with all 6 employees avoiding eye contact with me. Everyone looks like they’re busy. Helping the two people who can’t make their mind up. It’s chaos and people are shouting to try to order - no thanks - it’s not that good any way.

Great gelato! Must try the Passion Fruit cheesecake, and Mili provides excellent service. You must ask for her. 10/10

This gelato spot is absolutely delightful. When you walk in, you’re greeted with the sweet aroma of freshly made waffle cones and a colorful display of creamy gelato flavors. You can ask the staff to try some flavors. I tried the pistachio and passion fruit and both were rich, smooth, and bursting with flavor. The staff was super, the store is clean and bright. It’s a stop by when you are shopping at the mall.

Just left this place. I asked the girl behind the counter for a sample to determine if I would like it. She told me to stand in line only for the next group of people to walk in and ask for a sample and she provided them with samples.. So now I'm aggravated. I told the man at the counter that I wanted to sample it and he says you only can sample 2 flavors . Ok I only wanted 1. Very rude. I will discourage anyone not to go here. Not sure if it was a language barrier or just overall bad attitude.

Smelled like rotten milk and the customer service was not good.

Service was very poor and insisting on giving me the melted part of the gelato. Staff very argumentative. We live quite far but come here at least once a week and the service is getting worst. Hope the manager will train their employees on customer service

Milagros was the absolute best! She made the time to give us the chance to try lots of flavors while making sure everyone in the store was assisted.

We came with kids which tried two flavors, didn’t like any.. as they wanted to try the third one, they asked us to party for continuing to try, as their policy is that you can try t up to two flavors… with all due respect, I’m not going to buy ice cream prior to finding a flavor I like.. I just left.. At least the kids were not unhappy because they knew they didn’t like what the place had to offer, but seriously, they don’t deserve any business in my opinion with that approach, breaking industry standards for ice cream places..

Great spot to grab some gelato at the Florida Mall! The place is clean and nicely decorated, and the staff was amazing, really friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of flavors that everyone can enjoy, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you're in the area and craving something sweet!
