I’m sorry I really want to like this place but the sushi here it’s just not good or fresh. Super fishy, no wasabi for some reason. I tried twice. Maybe it’s me. You be the judge oh and it’s expensive for what it is. 20+ for most rolls. So unfortunate

Got the ropa vieja bowl with cilantro rice as recommended by our lovely waitress and it was amazing! Sushi rolls were also delicious. A special type of cuisine I don’t get to eat often and done so well! Definitely worth the visit!

such a sweet server! The ropa viejo bowl was amazing- such strong flavors. The cilantro rice was sooo good. We also got the La Kaldachan roll which had a nice creamy sauce on it and fresh fish. Also a great price and good amount of food. Came out to $45 total

i went to this place tonight, it had good costumer service, the place is beautiful and well decorated , food came in less than 5 minutes, food was amazing and pretty cheap/affordable and the music that they put is another thing i loved about this place, it was a wonderful expirience. 10/10 would go again

We get in the table, they bring untencils and then:
1. 9 min waiting to get a glass of water.
2. No welcome/ Server Lowest energy
3. Going to oder: this is not included/ box said any roll.
4. Going roll by roll because the server doesn’t provide information of the rolls that we can choose from what I wanted.
5.No extra plates provided, had to ask.

Maybe the lady is new, theres always opportunitys for improvements. But it was all easy stuff. The store wasn’t that busy.

This fusion was crazy. I ordered a Bori Bowl with mixed raw meat tuna and salmon. Wowwwwww. The flavor was simply crazy. This is a level up in a poke bowl with a layer of garlic sauce with onions flakes and fried plantain. Delicious 😋

First the negative to get it out the way $12 for a boba tea is criminal. Other then that all the food was delicious and felt that the price to food portion and quality was pretty spot on. Ww tried multiple dishes and I must say the all tasted great and fresh. Also automatic 20% tip is added for party sizes 5+. Also the service was speedy amd friendly.
I definitely recommend.

If you’re looking for something truly different near the Florida Mall, Maguro is an absolute gem. This Latin-Asian fusion spot delivers a bold and creative blend of Japanese and Puerto Rican flavors—and they absolutely nail it.
Every dish felt innovative, but the standout was the Bien Pegao tapa-style plate. It was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and unlike anything I’ve tried before. The tamarind boba drink was incredibly refreshing, and the yuzu coconut crème brûlée struck the perfect balance—not overly sweet, with a delicious pistachio topping that brought it all together.
What made the experience even more impressive was the service. Valentina was the only server handling the entire restaurant, and she did it all with a constant smile—taking orders, serving food, and even cleaning tables without missing a beat. That level of dedication really stood out.
Maguro is a must-visit if you enjoy fusion cuisine that’s both creative and genuinely delicious. Plus, there’s plenty of parking, which makes it even more convenient. Definitely a spot that won’t disappoint.
