Maki Hibachi is a hidden gem with spot-on hibachi dishes and incredible food. The chicken hibachi with white or fried rice is a favorite, while the mango sushi roll with coconut shrimp is a must-try. The green tea ice cream is also delicious. The restaurant has a small, intimate ambiance, and the service is quick and helpful. Located on the ground floor of a storage unit facility, the covered parking lot is conveniently situated at the back of the restaurant. Visitors from out of town highly recommend this as the best sushi/hibachi spot.
