I work at the Westwood Blvd location. We have NEVER had an employee named JUSTIN work for us since we've been open. Please do not listen to these FAKE reviews as they do not apply to our location. YES, there is a mandatory $10.00 minimum for delivery after tax and discount. We will not allow our drivers to make a 45 minute round trip delivery for a 6.99 pizza with potentially no tip on it.
I had a friend order pizza for us. WE WERE RUDELY TALKED TO BY THE SUPPOSED GM NAMED JUSTIN!! HE IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. We stated we wanted a refund and got yelled out because the time for delivery just did not make sense when we stay less than 5 minutes away, why am I waiting a whole hour for a pizza, even got told they had to confirm that it could be delivered because I got a pizza that was $6.99, since when does the price matter???? Will NEVER do business with this merchant again I swear to God this was my last time EVER placing a order with this establishment. The first time I complained my complaint was not addressed I guess due to me being a former worker which I believe is absurd because everyone should be treated equally. Today I called to place a order and the rep placed on hold to verify if I could order a med 6.99 for delivery?
