Do not use the rapid-pick up option at this location. I ordered three separate times using that pick-up option and each time I got a notification that the food was ready, went to pick it up and food was not in the shelf. This forced me to have to wait in line and remind the staff about my order. Defeats the whole purpose of rapid pick-up. Also, the online system doesn't seem to be accurate with what items they have in stock at the store. Last time I went they ended up telling...read full review
Always a prompt service, professional staff and accurate orders, whether I come for breakfast or lunch. A good value. Delicious pastries, bagels, sandwiches, meals. The only con is they don’t have kiosks for placing an order, so I either place it through my phone or with the clerk.
