I did a order on my app. I got an email that my order was done. I went to pick it up. I had 2 Large pepperoni pizzas and cheese bread and a soda. But I got there and my food was not done they only had one large pizza with pepperoni done and the rest of my order I had to wait for 15 minutes. I had a cold pizza with pepperoni and the other pizza and cheese bread was hot. Why email me if they have not got my order done. The pizza is very good, especially for the price. Consistently delicious, hot, and served with a friendly and helpful attitude (no extra charge ?)! They typically have promotions running (always ask!!) that make their already very tasty and reasonably priced menu even more affordable. I am always extra impressed when Aaron is at the helm, running the front end. He is very sweet and kind, and tries his very best to always deliver a great experience to his customers... The food is 10/10 and the place is clean. But the customer services is ridiculously horrible. I told a gentle men twice I had a bad Experience hoping he will make it right didnt even put one of the toppings j asked for then when you call them and complain they never make it right . I mean ever it's always a argument is always something the customer is never right they will argue you down.
