The food was excellent although expensive. The waitress was very good at her job and made the experience amazing. We loved the live music! He was amazing as well. Very talented.

Maya Grill is an interesting spot in several ways. The cuisine is Mexican to be sure, but probably nothing much resembling your favorite neighborhood Mexican joint. There are some Tex-Mex aspects with the fajitas and enchiladas for example, but the flavors are more varied and on the whole more Mex-Mex I would say. The guard at the entrance shack (Maya is at Disney's Coronado Springs resort) recommended the enchiladas and did so like a person who had enjoyed that entree many times. We went a different direction with our ordering but I mentioned that because if the enchiladas sound good to you I'd bet they are a really good choice. We started with the Beef Birria Machete. Really unusual...and delicious. Kind of a cross between a birria taco and a tamale. We then split the steak fajitas. Asked for the steak medium rare and it was nicely prepared and good quality. Beans and rice were both tasty. We enjoyed margaritas as well, and the live music (guitar player with a backing track) was an eclectic mix of Disney show tunes, Jimmy Buffett and who knows what honestly. Ambience overall is a strong suit here as the interior design and vibe, along with much of the staff, could definitely have you believing you're actually in Mexico! Pleasant and efficient service. For dessert we had the choco-flan to go. Very good. This was our first visit but I'm sure we'll be back for more before too long. Maybe those enchiladas!

Maya Grill has such a cozy feel with beautiful yet bold decor. Ambiance level is really high. The food was excellent and our waitress was very attentive. It was just a nice bonus to have live music as well. I would come back to Maya Grill located in the Coronado Springs resort. Up for some Mexican cuisine? Stop on in.

Good moderate option for anyone looking to get their Mexican food fix. I wouldn’t put this at the wow my socks off but still great flavor and portion size. Also, located in Disney World’s Coronado Springs resort; the atmosphere here is so relaxing and beautiful. Make time to walk around the resort and take in its beauty.

A nice change of pace for dinner during our Disney stay! Friendly staff and fun food options.

Food is bad and hilariously overpriced, $28 for a quesadilla. Waiter kept trying to rush us to decide if we wanted dessert and how we were splitting the bill while we were half way done with our dinner, just kind of rude.

Margaritas are great! Get the margarita flight and the parrillada for 2. Or the surf and turf fajitas… ask your server for a mix fajitas between chicken, steak, and shrimp.

This was hands down the best meal we had at Disney. We ordered the grill for two, easily could have fed 3 people. The corn side dish was so good with a spicy crema. Steak was cooked perfectly and so was the chicken and shrimp. Comes out on a sizzling plate like a fajita so good stayed warm the whole time. Tortillas were fresh and warm. Only thing missing for me would have been a side of extra crema or sour cream.
Huge shout out to Hassan. He was our server and was on top of everything and very friendly. This was a win/win all around, would definitely go again.

We did the $80 meal for two, came with steak, chicken and shrimp, everything was delicious, our server Hassan, was on top of everything. Highly recommended. The chicken in think was thigh meat, which isn't my favorite, but to keep it from drying out quick it worked well. Looking forward to coming back

We are always at Disney due to us living only 15 mins away. We love eating at Disney and decided tonight we will try Maya Grill. WORST DECISION EVER! The experience was absolutely horrible! The service was extremely slow! And the waiter we had kept constantly forgetting items. The food was tasteless and dry. I wouldn’t even call this Mexican food. We didn’t even want to finish our food. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME EATING FROM HERE.

Overall a good experience. The food was great but service slow.
I got the Chicken Fajitas and they were great. The Baja Fish Tacos were also delicious.

Service was very slow and inattentive. Some food came out barely lukewarm. Ran out of glasses and started serving drinks in paper cups-happens, not the end of the world. But the service was crazy slow, and we were never checked on unless we looked for our server and waved him over. I am big on good service-won't be rushing back. Disappointing.
