Maya Grill is an interesting spot in several ways. The cuisine is Mexican to be sure, but probably nothing much resembling your favorite neighborhood Mexican joint. There are some Tex-Mex aspects with the fajitas and enchiladas for example, but the flavors are more varied and on the whole more Mex-Mex I would say. The guard at the entrance shack (Maya is at Disney's Coronado Springs resort) recommended the enchiladas and did so like a person who had enjoyed that entree many...
Maya Grill has such a cozy feel with beautiful yet bold decor. Ambiance level is really high. The food was excellent and our waitress was very attentive. It was just a nice bonus to have live music as well. I would come back to Maya Grill located in the Coronado Springs resort. Up for some Mexican cuisine? Stop on in.
