Came in at 5am when it said dining was open. Ordered food and took my 19-month-old into the play place to play. A woman came in and told me the play place isn't open yet. Which is fine however it isn't posted ANYWHERE and she acted like I'm an idiot for not knowing that.
Ordered two things, they both came out wrong but were replaced super quickly. It's honestly a bummer because my toddler is having sleep regressions and we live around the corner. It would be a nice place to come and play since none of the McDonalds in Orlando seem to have playgrounds.
The place looked clean to me however the kids changing table is broken in the women's bathroom. The changing table also looked dirty but obviously no one's using it right now anyway.
I'm guessing from other reviews that no one's gonna read this. Other than those two points, employees were super loudly talking about how tall I am. Which lol. I don't care but might bother some folks.

Very bad service, I won't buy at McDonald's again.
Only because my order was already paid for is WHY I didn't leave. The customer infront of me throwing trash out the car in the drive thru. The worker on his phone having a full blown conversation. This place needs a QA, INSPECTION AND SOME DIRECTION. AS greedy as I am. I'm afraid to eat my food.

Me and my fiance came here literally not even 15 minutes ago. We ordered a quarter pounder meal and a mcChicken bundle.
When we got our food the fries were old so we came back around and asked for new fries and the mcChicken was cold and old as if it had been sitting out. She comes back with the fries. Same old fries that they just dropped back in the grease.
She told the lady. You can see the lady getting irritated. Then my fiance takes a sip of her drink and it tastes like celsa water. When the lady returns she tells her that it tastes funny. My fiancé asks for a lemonade. The lady then proceeds to say she can’t do a lemonade because it’s a upcharge.
Upcharge? I ask to speak to the manager. We normally don’t complain but cmon now. The lady leaves the window open and you can hear her plain as day talking to her employees while referring to my fiancé as a B while complaining.
At this point I’m livid. I get out the car and go in and speak directly to the manager because what we not about to do is be disrespectful for expecting you to do your job. We are human. We gone make mistakes but also being human we simply just correct it.
We weren’t asking for anything free or extra just simply what we paid for. And me myself being a district manager. Bad customer service is the number one thing that causes places to lose business.

I'll NEVER return here. Couldn't get breakfast before work because the system was updating. So let's turn away hungry customers when you could give it away for free for the inconvenience. Seems to be par for the course tho with McDonald's lately. I'll eat at Hardee's from now on. I'll never eat McDonald's again
