I had a very bad experience with the manager on duty today at 4:20 pm. When I told him I hadn’t received my order, he didn’t say a single word to me. He just stared at me for a while and then rolled his eyes, which was extremely rude and unprofessional.
As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and communication. I don’t understand how someone with that kind of attitude is in a manager position. This really needs to be addressed because no customer should be treated like that.

Came lastnight to the drive through around 10:30 got to the speaker was waiting for 10 minutes person that took the order had a hard time hearing pull up to the 1st it was a man he was polite now I get to 2nd window they had us sitting for atleast 5 mins before approaching us then the manager with BURGUNDY Hair was madly rude She told me to park and that’s when I told her I already be Acc Waiting for a long time so she slammed the window and walked away now she comes back bringing my food and she yells u need to hurry up and get off my timer calling me racist names words was digesting to mention I’m very unsatisfied about my vist
It was a long rainy day. Me and my family just wanted to have a nice dinner together. This is was the worst McDonald I’ve ever been to in my whole 67 years of life. I just wanted to use the bathroom but I got completely flabbergasted as I opened the restroom door. This is probably the most disgusting public bathroom I’ve ever seen. There was a strange ball of wet toilet paper in the baby changing station. There was also toilet all over the bathrooms floor. It was repulsive. I should’ve left right after I saw that. If the ladies restroom looked like that just imagine the man’s bathroom. When we ordered there was only 2 machines working and there was no table trackers. We were waiting so long for our food even though the establishment was almost empty. When we got our food we were missing a bunch of stuff. You could tell that that kitchen was so disorganized. I find it completely unacceptable that they hire such incapable people to do such a simple job right. While writing this review I’m starting to feel kinda strange. That food was probably not even cooked right. And don’t even get me started on the higiene of that place.

WORST MCDONALD EVER!!!!! I literally just order a cheeseburger and 4chucken nuggets! They took MORE THAN 25minutes like what??? And then the cheeseburger they gave didn’t have a patty……. What a joke……
