By far the worst customer service at night, everyone overnight hates their job and there’s always an excuse for why they can’t make food. Go to therapy or get another job.

This Mc Donald’s is 24 hours I live down the street for 6 years I don’t know if yall got new employees or what but I’ve been in drive through for over 20 minutes trying to get my app order and no one is answering but there for sure are people inside… it’s now 5am and a few cars have came and went and still no answer from anyone … bad bad customer service if there are any issues going on JUST SAY SO but to not answer at all to several people is just bad business I’m almost 30 minutes here smh

Update: I ended up honking my horn and someone answered immediately and I asked why no one has responded for so long while people are waiting and she apologized I was fine I had nothing to say and while giving her my mobile code some other female jumped on the speaker saying “Girl Please” and started talking smack and saying they are not even open and won’t be until 7:30am I told her she should of just left the girl who answered to begin with to finish dealing with me because we were just fine NO ISSUES and that they better not do nothing to my food she threatened me saying I’m going to see what she can do and said she was going to call the police on me!! Omg the disrespect when I asked for my money back she just refused services all together and said nothing. I called the non emergency myself and shortly after the first girl answered the speaker where I was able to speaker to a supervisor who had just walked in and knew nothing about what was going on but she did get my food out to me and I do appreciate remaining calm during my frustrations in explaining what was happening … I left an hour after getting there smh was just trying to get my kids some quick breakfast in this cold rainy morning before school

The worst experiences with McDonals. I ordered chicken nuggets meal with Diet Coke in drive through. First, they gave me regular coke, when I mentioned it, the girl said “you can refill yourself” no apologize at all. Second, it took over 10 minutes to cook chicken nuggets, while they asked me to wait at front door. The staff are so rude too. I said I never spent so much time for ordering drive through food at McDonald’s, then this girl started laughing, no apologize. I know this store located in the poor area with lots of homeless population, but I still expect they can improve their service.

So my aunts and I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service from the front cashier lady at this establishment Wednesday evening. Me and my aunts we came to visit from Canada and her exceptional professionalism and kindness were definitely on full display as we saw how overwhelmed she may seem to be she efficiently managed multiple orders including mine which had been delayed we were standing for about 30 minutes waiting on our order despite the wait ...and your rude manager with the glasses told her not to worry about my order but that cashier lady was so professional she still took the time to ensure that our food was freshly made and prepared with a smile on her face. I've worked in fast food for years and I was just really impressed by her consistent treatment of every customer with respect dignity and positive attitude I could tell that she was a little overwhelmed and I was very upset that you guys didn't have any salt available to put on the fries 🥹 but she thoughtfully included salt packets and poured them into the fries after she personally made them herself which was very impressive because that really demonstrated her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. To me employees like her are a rare find with being that I have encountered bad experiences at certain McDonald's since we have been on vacation, we really feel fortunate to have encountered her during our visit...food was freshly made!

Okay overall this McDonald's is a pretty good they do a pretty good job the food's hot there's really a mistake with it so other than all the homeless people wandering around and bothering you it's okay but I went there this morning I ordered oatmeal and they forgot to give me a spoon and you know it's kind of hard to eat oatmeal without a spoon since I don't have a dog's tongue

Sandrine was phenomenal and Deon was extremely sweet, friendly and helpful! This location was very clean. All of the staff here was very helpful. You can tell the staff takes care of the community and they go above and beyond!
