I was struck by the lack of customer service and the food was cold. Although we are foreigners, I believe that attention should be the same for everyone. I hope when I come back I take another image.
This McDonald's location is conveniently located near the very popular Vineland Premium Outlets. Service was the fast and friendly. The issue was with the food. Fries were not up to McDonald's standards. They tasted "off" and were mostly scrapy looking pieces. (See photo.) The McNuggets also tasted peculiar; maybe the oil needs to be changed? Minus another star for an annoyingly loud helicopter pad next door, very close to the drive-thru.
Went thru the drive thru and waited 22 min before I got to order and there were only 3 cars in front of me. When I finally got to order the person sounded like she didn’t even want to be there. When I got to the window she didn’t even say hi just took my card as she was talking and gave it back and when we got to the window person just gave me the food. Very dry personality. McDonald’s standards has definitely gone down.
