Horrible experience here tonight. Ordered the Crispy Chicken and once i got it was not even warm and didnt have the mayo or onions i requested. Also the morning before I waited 15 mins for a sausage egg and cheese. This location is never on point. I have never really had a great visit here. Dont waste you time.

I just ordered a deluxe McCrispy meal at the drive-thru. I only live 0.5 miles from this location, and when I got home my meal was inedible, and my iced coffee doesn't taste like coffee...
The McCrispy patty is cold, is dark and tastes like incredibly burnt oil. The toppings were only on half of the bun, and outside of the bun, there was hardly any mayo on the bun, the tomatoes were tiny and only covered 1/3 of the sandwich, and one of them was outside of sandwich with 3/4 of the lettuce pressed against the side of the box and off of the sandwich. The bottom bun is also burnt.
The iced coffee tastes like their equipment hasn't been cleaned in a long time, to the point that it doesn't taste like coffee. It tastes like something other than coffee.
Even if the McCrispy patty was edible, the toppings were a scattered mess that doesn't even cover the bun and patty, and the whole point of ordering the Deluxe McCrispy is for the large and juicy tomato slices, not tiny bits that taste like they've either been out too long, or about to go bad as they are also slimy, and that's not from the mayo as the mayo isn't even on them.
I should've taken my money and gotten the deluxe meal for takeout from Applebee's.
If you are going to order at this McDonald's location, check your order before leaving or better yet the Wendy's Applebee's, and many other fast food and sit down restaurants that offer curbside pickup are right around the corner.

Make a purchase on December 4th. For $20.11 I never usually pay with my physical card but that day I did. I went to the store on the 10th because on the 9th I received two transactions, one for $4.76 and another for $50.00 just in case I made a claim to my bank and they canceled my card. But my bank notified me that I should go to the establishment and try to dispute what happened, and look for evidence of the purchase as a repository since I did not make the transaction, obviously I have no repository. I SPEAK TO A MANAGER WHO ONLY ANSWERED ME I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE TRANSACTIONS FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY, SO I COMPLAINED TO YOUR BANK. THEN THE ISSUE HERE IS THEY HAVE PEOPLE IN THAT PLACE SETTING A TRAP AND THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING...😡😡😡😡😡

Honestly I HATE to say anything about fast “food” but this was not even fast food this was plastic cardboard discs called food!!! Never in my life have I ever been sooo insulted I just can’t even believe they would serve this!! It’s truly incredible it’s like they literally sent the oldest hockey puck and sent it out!
