12/4/2024 - first visit to this store in many years. Cashier didn't really have a good command of English - didn't understaffed when we asked for salt, pepper, and katsup. Also, he didn't understand when we told him that the soap dispenser in the ladies' bathroom was empty. Our order came out cooked as ordered, but the kitchen staff wasted a lot of onions as they overflowed the sandwich and covered the bottom of the McRib box. Fries were not hot.

I especially enjoy that I can build up points and get rewards like big mac, ice cream cones, and even mocha frappe.

The meal was okay, and the service was just alright. The staff seemed dead on the inside, and normally, I wouldn't care, but they messed a few stuff up for our order, and we had to ask them over and over to correct it. The burger WOULD NOT hold together and messed up my entire pants.
