A disaster of service tonight, a failure of staff, I waited for my order like 30 minutes at the curbside and it never came, I went in to see what was going on and they practically threw the food and glasses at me so that I could serve myself the soda when it was an online order. I ordered some coffees that by the way they also practically threw at me. Delayed and rude leaves a lot to be said about the specific staff of this shift December 23 10:13 pm to 10:50 pm

Not sure the low review score. This is by far the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. And I drive out of my way to this location, as I pass other McDonald's along the way, just because you can always count on FRESH food and phenomenal customer service.

I develop bad habits but this one is a good one. Every day i come here and order the usual, coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Every day i receive a good morning and smile, every day i get the food the same way ( which is bad, i know its not healthy ). This team is excellent in service, in maintenance, in communication and overall customer care. Timely preparation and efficient is what i can describe this store and team. Im grateful for all the employees in this store and the exquisite service i receive everyday.

They messed up my order and instead of owning up to it they were rude. The Manager ignored me and brushed me off. Horrible experience. The food was what you would expect from McDonald's. I came back thinking thing would be better, and it was actually worse. The Morning Manager of November 13, 2024 is the rudest person I've met in recent years in the service industry. She ignores people and if you say something to get her attention she snaps at the customers. I watched her do it to several people and I just don't think she needs to be in the service industry. This particular McDonald's has lost me as a patron. Which is horrible because I try to have breakfast there on my way to teach at Orlando Christian Prep school. I will be advising my colleagues to not go to this McDonald's either. Horrible experience from the top on down. Extremely disappointing...
It's to cold in there on a cool day in FL. It should be that cold in summer lol. No deal on senor coffee here. Go to wendys over 60 get free coffee.
