Placed a mobile order and the food was dried and burned. Called manager when I got home, but he stated that he couldn’t do anything about it. I sent a message to corporate and got an apology. This is not the first time I encounter an issue at this location. Food is being made in a rush…condiments, patties and bread are all over the container. I usually order from this location and most of the time I get the wrong items

Absolutely horrible experience. They got my order wrong four times and still refused to refund me/acknowledge their mistakes even though they charged me double for each order. Staff is incredibly lazy and refuses to do their job properly. Avoid this location, your better off going to different locations.

Rude as can be, left waiting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes and Boone said a word why. I guess I am very patient to wait for that long or too hungry. At least say there's a problem or something, but the silent for 20 isn't cool.

A disaster of service tonight, a failure of staff, I waited for my order like 30 minutes at the curbside and it never came, I went in to see what was going on and they practically threw the food and glasses at me so that I could serve myself the soda when it was an online order. I ordered some coffees that by the way they also practically threw at me. Delayed and rude leaves a lot to be said about the specific staff of this shift December 23 10:13 pm to 10:50 pm

Not sure the low review score. This is by far the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. And I drive out of my way to this location, as I pass other McDonald's along the way, just because you can always count on FRESH food and phenomenal customer service.

I develop bad habits but this one is a good one. Every day i come here and order the usual, coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Every day i receive a good morning and smile, every day i get the food the same way ( which is bad, i know its not healthy ). This team is excellent in service, in maintenance, in communication and overall customer care. Timely preparation and efficient is what i can describe this store and team. Im grateful for all the employees in this store and the exquisite service i receive everyday.
