I went to Purchase some food and that went well it was not until I tried rectifying a previous issue with the manager on duty that I ran into my issue. Approximately 2 weeks ago I purchased breakfast and was missing items from my order, I called the store and explained my issue. I was told that my name would be added on the list in order to receive a replacement item. And to return to the location at my earliest convenience and it was no rush. The person taking the call never gave me their name. I don’t know if it was actually a manager . So tonight I tried explaining my issue and was told I was a liar and trying to get free food. The manager would not listen kept talking over me and being unnecessarily mean and rude to the point of nearly using profanity. He was very demeaning and belittling. I paid my money the last time I should have gotten what I paid for. Then I would have never had to deal with that issue. The workers are supposed to make sure that all of the items are placed in the bag before handing over the bag. Someone dropped the ball then and your manager made you as a company look like complete garbage. He was a poor representation of the Brand. Please replace the last item and give me a refund for my order this evening

This place is advertise 24 hours, but when I made a mobile at around 4:30am and went to drive thru. They said they were closed even though it makes no sense. Why is there people working in there if they’re not gonna be open and advertise as 24 hours and now I just lost money that I’m not even getting refunded for????

I got my order at the drive thru. The girl handed me my coffee, when the lid came off and went all over my front seat. By the grace of God, it missed me. The coffee was very hot. If I ever go back, I won't be getting coffee! There was no apology, no are you ok, nothing. She handed me another coffee and said, here you go.

Worst McDonald's in Orlando mangers refuses to resolves issues things are always missing who ever is bagging the food an the manager is throughout the hrs. Of 1-3pm throughout the day needs to be fired

If i could give no stars i would! Male manager with the eyebrow piercing is extremely rude and blantantly disrespful, closed the pick up window in my face after asking him about my pick up order and him repeatedly stating that it must have been given away to someone else. When I came around to order they stated they were closed. Is this not a 24 hour location as stated on the building and online? Upper management needs to take some measure to ensure the night staff is coached in proper protocol and as for the disgusting manager, he needs to be held accountable for his actions as he serves nothing positive to this establishment.

Is really sad the famous Macdonald continue sale the hamburgers real expensive when they continue giving a real bad quality especially in burgers not cooked well and the fries is not hot and fresh.
