Here is an idea if someone is waiting up front ask what they need... that's customer service. Instead they look directly at me and walk away. Meanwhile my order is bagged and just sitting there is was looking directly at it the whole time. If you do no want to deal with people maybe a job in customer service is not for you 2 girls both looked at me twice one came up gave someone else their food the hurried to get back behind the wall

They kept ignoring me at the drive thru and taking other car’s orders and when I pulled up to the second window, they made me pull up and wait 15 minutes for just a coffee.
They completely ignore people waiting to pickup online orders or pay. They won’t acknowledge you at all and you’ll tell 10 employees and they won’t even say anything back.

Horrible, horrible place! Girls in the window wanna be disrespectful and the manager wants to argue on how the redeem points works in the app. Then continue to bad mouth me as I'm walking out the door. So when she set me off and I really gave her a reason to run her mouth she played victim and said she was gonna call up her man to come to the front. This is after the other customer in front of me just complained about the same exact issue. But if course that customer was a female so she got free food. Meanwhile I get argued with. Typical. Clearly this isn't the only issue considering they have gotten nothing but negative reveiws in the last two weeks. If your employees are unhappy to work there. Whoever the GM is. Let me know. I'll happily come take their job. If not. Fix the issue. Just an absolute horrible experience here. The saddest thing is they are the closest one to my house with a playplace. But I will not bring my duaghters here if they are gonna be taught and shown that it's ok to act that way towards anybody. Regardless of race or skin color or gender. Just sickening. Gonna give someone an attitude at the drive through window and then the manager is gonna proceed to argue with a customer... OVER HOW TO REDEEM REWARDS POINTS! OVER HOW LONG IVE BEEN THERE! NO APOLOGY FOR THE ATTITUDE I GOT FROM THE TWO EMPLOYEES BEFOR HER RUNNING THE DRIVE THROUGH. INSTEAD SHE BLAMED IT ON THE GM! AFTER COMPING THE WOMANS MEAL IN FRONT OF WHO HAD THE SAME EXACT ISSUE!
